worst express shipping ever

Dishonored the Free Shipping Advertised

The product works as advertised, however the free shipping offered at the time of purchase was not honored and I was billed $30 for shipping. When I contacted customer service it was identified that their shipping policy had changed. When I sent them the invoice I received, which clearly showed a price $30 less due to the free shipping, they just repeated the fact that their shipping policy had changed and that they will be updating their website soon to show this change. When I finally received the package, which did take quite a while, because it was shipped from China and it most definitely was not manufactured in the USA.

I ordered the shoulder massage unit on December 14th and have yet to receive the product. Had we known it wasn’t made in the USA I wouldn’t have purchased it. The tracking is useless.

It's been weeks and weeks

It's been weeks and weeks. Still nothing. Tracking shows it's still in China. I've called only to be told they will open a claim. SCAM IM SURE!!!

Still hoping for more help

The purchasing experience went great. Shipping was quick and the ahoulder wrap is as described. I’m unsure how much the therapy is helping long term. If I am hurting and unable to sleep using the heat, infrared, and massage does seem to help. I probably should have gone to a doctor sooner after my accident.

Husband loves it!

I bought this for my husband about 15 weeks after his rotator cuff surgery because he was still experiencing a lot of pain, especially after doing too much physical activity with that arm. It gives him a lot of relief at the end of the day and he does not feel the pain in the morning.

I was hesitant to try this product

I was hesitant to try this product. I was going to return it once I received it. Instead, I gave it a try because I have severe pain in both shoulders when reaching for something up high or down low. I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I am receiving relief in both my shoulders. As of this time I highly recommend this product. I am hoping though it is just not masking the problem I have with my shoulders.
