Does a fairly good job but not what I was expecting

Very good product - plus I was given very helpful information about the product. Easy to use and my shoulder feels good after the treatment.

Easy to wear and it seems to be helping! Great to feel I am doing something to sort the problem at last.

This device has greatly helped with the stiffness in my shoulder. I still have some pain in my shoulder, but since I live alone, moving or lifting anything is done by me. Will keep using since it does give relief from pain and stiffness.

Ordered a pair of 10.5 orthopedic shoes and says they are in Sheridan, WY they come from China in bubble wrap and there about the size of 12-13. Actually the size says 46?? Asked for a refund or replace them with the correct shoes. They said I would have to pay shipping fees and customs charges or give me 30% back. Send me the rite product or give me my full refund like your website says. The phone number don't work and the person emailing won't respond. Absolutely worst experience ever

I love the versatility of switching from heat to an ice pack and using the vibration as well. It has helped heal the rotator cuff tear that I had. Thank you

It does a good job heating and vibrating, but it doesn't stay tight enough on the shoulder. It keeps slipping around down the front. Otherwise, a good product.

This item doesn’t work as they claim it does, and when I wanted to return in new condition a week after I have it, in the 90 day window they told me I have to pay shipping charges back which I expected but the shipping is out of the USA and you have to pay customs fees.. if you don’t want to pay this they offer you a 30% refund.. stay away from this company.

On October 22 2024 Order # 13469 I bought this product it worked for a day or two, and then the massager went out,when I reached out to your company for a replacement you made me jump through Hoops, you want me to do a video explaining what the problem is. I just want my unit replaced or a refund. I don’t want to have to go to a different website to do a video. Customer service is not very efficient or helpful. I can’t reach anybody by phone on the listed phone # on your email site, just fell helpless a ripped off.

I bought 3 and gave 1 to a friend with a bad shoulder. I haven't heard from her but I find that it really helps with my shoulder pain. Doesn't fix it but helps me be able to move around normally.

My wife indicates that it is starting to help her shoulder when she has the Heating and Vibration Massage Shoulder Pad in place. This is the first time I have been able to get her to try it, so that in itself is a positive. We will continue to have her use it and will see if she continues to respond positively.

Still waiting on my order, no customer service whatsoever I have left phone messages, no one answers the phone, for questions, try to chat with customer support and they want money to even chat with the customer support, to chat with support they want a dollar plus a monthly subscription, this is totally ridiculous

Service is EXTREMELY slow. Received the order October 20thand as of this date still have not received package. I emailed you about this and all you did was say to track package. Done that constantly and shows no update. At this point, I just want a refund. Had I known it was coming from another country, I would not have ordered it. IF AND WHEN it should ever arrive, I probably won’t need it. Very disappointed and discouraging..

Relief and calming sensation. when all else fails to relief the pain I remember to apply this great product.

I recently had shoulder replacement surgery and my shoulder has scar tissue which limits my mobility. I have been trying your shoulder heat and message and it helps to loosen up my shoulder.

COMFORTABLE to wear and RELIEF felt not days after but in 30 minutes, after manipulating the EASY controls, there was feeling of diminished pain and stiffness that I have suffered for weeks..and there was ease of motion esp on raising arm above the head! After a week of use, I was able to play golf again without the annoying pain! Thank you for an excellent product.
