I’ve stayed in Relier properties many times for extended stays. Ben and his team are easy to deal with and have a customer focus. They are flexible and very responsive. Over time when something breaks or is needed they are almost immediate in their response and they incorporate feedback to improve things. The properties at Weston, where I have stayed are in great shape and has all the amenities. WiFi and appliances are excellent quality. Apartments are always clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. Close to the tube, trains and an amazing amount of resturants and bars. I can’t recommend this group and their apartments more highly and I’ve stayed in hundred of airbnb/short term rentals. None better than this.

Ben is all around a great agent. Apartment was exactly as I had seen in videos and pictures. He went out of his way to do a live video while I was out of the UK. Always makes himself available if you need anything.

We were on the lookout for our first ever home in London, and it was refreshing to work with Ben to rent our apartment and go through the entire tenancy process. Ben not only showed us the property, but also explained how the process of tenancy could like once the offer gets accepted. He was engaged with us throughout the process, and made sure we are comfortable with every step. I was facing issues with international money transfers and had got delayed to make the deposit payment. His information was always reliable: one of the things that I appreciate about Ben is that when he doesn’t know the answer he says so and then invariably gets back to me having found what I needed to know.
As regards results, the investment performance of our flat is most satisfactory; the Tenants well-behaved and correct; the flat is maintained proactively to a high standard; and payments due are made in good time. When there was a problem (technical, malfunctioning equipment or whatever) Ben was quick in dealing with it.
