Seems to be a nice product thus far, however...
Nice product thus far in that I just set it up yesterday, so hopefully the hot tub is warm enough for use today. Did not give it 5 stars in that the protective cover bag was ripped in several places upon arrival upon removing from the box. Could have gotten ripped due to the continuous shuffling back and forth throughout the shipping period....Not sure. Will have to tape the bag up sooner or later so that it will not tear further from this point.

So far so good! Delivery was good set up was good works as described. I have the octagon one, looks great. I've seen all the bad reviews and waiting for the heater to stop working or a filter problem but I change and wash the filters regularly, treat with chemicals and test and it seems to be pretty much perfect! There's to hoping! 🤞

I have sent 3 messages with no response, this is the message and since this every day we’ve had to air it up 2-3 times a day.
I had to go buy pads to go under the hot tub that costed me $48 because I didn’t receive the pads with my order. Now, we installed this yesterday around 3pm and by 6 pm it had deflated to the point we had to add more air and now we get up and go out there and again it has deflated again and needs to be aired up again. Please let me know what you are going to do about this, we are not happy.

I bought my hot tub on TikTok of all places. It worked great at first, but then it stopped working. Thankfully, Relxtime stepped in and helped right away. They gave me a few options, and when I realized replacing the parts wasn’t something I could do myself, they went above and beyond and sent me a new hot tub.
Their customer service was incredible, and they truly made the whole situation easy. I absolutely love my two-person hot tub. It’s easily one of the best purchases I’ve made.

The communication with customers needs to improve. It took an agent 2 days to get back with me regarding a replacement control panel that has stopped working in under a year. I still have not received and new one or an email stating that it has been shipped. If I had to do it all over again I would not buy this product from relaxtime.
We are so happy with our hottub
We are so happy with our hottub! We got the 4-6 person one and there is plenty of room for our family of 4 to all stretch out and move around. The tub was delivered fast and installation was so easy. We filled it up at 4pm and when I checked it the next day at 11am it was already to the temp we'd set. It seems to hold heat very nicely as well, only going down 1° after being in it for 2 hours. I'm going to purchase the extra insulation cover for an additional layer of insulation, but it does come with a cover that straps down nicely as well.

The tub is already losing air and its only been set up for a few days. Ive had one of your tubs before so I know to be very careful to ensure no punctures happen. Its set up on a pad I bought from you, I followed all the instructions, and still its leaking air. I know I need to call you to talk about a replacement under warranty but im dreading that because I know youll come up with every excuse to blame me for the leak instead of taking responsibility yourselves. I love the tub, and I loved the one I had before this even though it lasted less than a year. But yeah no, not that thrilled right now.

The hot tub cuts off every 20 minutes and doesn't allow for continuous use. You have to wait 10 minutes to start the bubbles again. Doesn't seem right and I have done all the recommended troubleshooting per the manual. I have called customer service multiple times only to be disconnected, unable to hear the technician who then promises to call me back, and never did. I give the Relxtime tub a 3 for this reason, and customer support a BIG FAT 0.

My order was damaged from your company and hasn't responded to my request for replacement. I spent $156 and still haven't received my entire order. No correspondence from the company. Also my credit card was processed in Hong Kong and the card company advised it fraud.?? I don't know yet.

The customer service is a 5 star. I had a problem when fedex lost my delivery. They sent a replacement right away. I will continue to do business with them because they care about their customers.

Hot tub is okay. Customer service is not so great. I ordered a second one. That one works well. Everything done by email. It's drawn out. Need a new hot tub. Still waiting for customer service to respond to email and get this resolved. Hot tub is great. Not sure how long it would last. You have to keep changing filters periodically every two weeks.
