This is the 3rd heater block and it's leaking once i installed it. Terrible

We love it! Easy set up by following the video from Hottub owners hq on YouTube.

Bubbles are so relaxing! We bought headrests online which makes it more comfy.

I had no problem with ordering, setting up or using the hot tub. It feels great, works great. I believe I purchase the correct one.

Just set up will try today the thermal blanket should be water proof but everthing is great nice quality

wife purchased hot tub. but couldn't use for a while do to medical reasons but the first use the bubble/self inflate does not work. been trying to reach a customer service rep for over 3 weeks sent two emails videos pics ECT to try and resolve the issues during my 1 year 365 day warranty period now it's getting close if not a week or two passed the 365 day mark no resolution no awnser on my emails or the one phone number provided. so if it seems like relxtime is purposely trying to run the warranty period out if they already didn't now. .. so my advice would be don't deal with relxtime if u expect warranty honored that being said I will update my review if anything changes I am changing my review because although I had issues at first due to a lot of communication issues I was finally able to get in touch with people and get better communication with the company and as a result of the fact that they saw that I had initiated my complaint before the warranty was out of date although I had to wait they ended up remedying the issue and standing behind their product so I have to say although it started off it's like a one or two star review cuz I was not happy they did the right thing they honored the warranty part due to the fact of it wasn't really anyone's fault besides maybe a Time issue for the lack of communication but communication was finally better and the issue is remedied

A company is judged by what they do when they come up short. You recognize it and fix it. I will always be a customer of yours!!

Honestly, for the price point, you'd be hard pressed to find better value. Delivery was less than 4 days, set up was 20 minutes, filling it another 30 minutes and it was ready for use the following morning. Stays warm even when uncovered and only requires 120V power outlet so no need for electrical work.

I was skeptical at first, but thought for the price it was worth the purchase and I couldn't be more pleased.

My package was sent totally across the United States as I live in WV - it was delivered in CA; I've sent 3 emails requesting refund, with no return, communication is horrible.

It took a minute to get the order correctly delivered. Took 2 weeks. Once I received it the set up was so easy and fast . I have recommended it to several people, saying I'd literally spend $200 a night just to get away and relax in a hot tub all night . This was 1 payment and I enjoyed it endless times w friends.. 👍👍 two thumbs up Relxtime

So far, and I say so far because this is our 5th Inflatable hot tub. The other 4 were different brands and quit working. 1 would never heat amd was returned. This one however does heat up and quickly. The bottom is soft amd cushion unlike the others as well. If I had one thing to say is that I wish the walls were more firm. Another unnamed brand you could sit on the edges without it sagging. Otherwise this is an excellent tub. Time will tell once the weather turns colder to see how it keeps up with the heat. (It is set up in the garage, not directly outside)

My order came in a timely order, was well packaged and quality of products is great! Ordered the inflated and insulated cover set direct from the website and the hot tub from Amazon bc the size I wanted was sold out on Relxtime website. Had to wait on electrician to install my outdoor plug where I needed it. Hot tub - good quality so far on day 1 of use; it heated within 20 hours with ambient temp at 70’s and water temp at 67 to start. Got chemicals balanced yesterday and hopped in it this morning; all works as should. Filled it to min line until I can see the level when in it and def can add more water. Left some room for air expansion too bc it’s going up to 80 and sunny this afternoon so will see how that goes; I’ll update as things go along here! So far so good!

My product does not work I tried to reach out

So retrieve hot tube followed all maintenance instructions, loved it , intill I came out one day and it was flat found leak at a seam at the top, used patch supplied by relax time , did not work. So trying to fix , but enjoyed will it lasted

Its under 6 months old, heater went out and 3 weeks later its starting to loose air. Trying to get the company to warranty it is a joke. Don't buy one. Not worth the money. It sucks.

First of all, that your company sells oval inflatable, hot tubs is a huge plus. It fits where I needed it to where nothing else would. It is good looking, easy to set up, sturdy, and works well. I would recommend relax, time inflatable hot tubs to others.
