Aftercare

We had a small problem with one or our products that we purchased from REM a few months ago.
It wasn’t their fault, but they assisted us with rectifying the problem immediately.

This is why we chose them as a product provider. Their aftercare is outstanding!

I purchased the beautiful fantasy pedicure chair at the professional beauty show. Mick was very knowledgeable of the product and was super helpful. The chair is fantastic quality and looks lovely in my home studio. I definitely recommend this company for their amazing quality products!!

Poor delivery and tracking info

I'm half way through the time slot already and REM only just told me that running late. I've taken a whole morning off work to be around, having been bombarded by messages from this company, threatening me with redelivery charge if not in.
Really unclear tracking message too. What's the ETA? No info available. Just a big black arrow with a cartoon house underneath!

I was really disappointed with the…

I was really disappointed with the level of customer service from this company. I purchased a nail desk and was told a delivery date. When that date came, I had no communication for a delivery time so I contacted them to be told they had tried to delivery on two occasions but I wasn’t in. My business is open from 9-7pm every day so this wasn’t a possibility to miss 2 deliveries! Also not to be informed I had missed them was disappointing too.
I had to open my new salon without a nail desk, just an empty space which didn’t look great, not to mention me having to cancel clients as I had to wait another week for delivery.

I sent an email but I’ve heard nothing back, a simple apology would have been nice. It’s not what I would expect from a company like REM so I have to say I was disappointed

Hi, it's always disappointing to hear dis-satifaction from our Customers. I've discussed your Case with our Sales Office who confirmed the following
1) a message was sent regarding delivery on the 25th Jan at 10:48 and marked successful (not failed)
2) we attempted delivery to 10 Rose St on the 30/31st Jan but no answer.
3) the delivery address on your order from Salons Direct stated 10 Rose St and not number 14 which was later advised by yourself for the second delivery
4) we completed delivery to the correct address on the 8th Feb which was unfortunately late for your opening
So again, we are sorry for the delay but we could only act on the information given to us from your Distributor. They must have your wrong address on their system for this to happen.

10/10 customer service

Met mick at the Dubai pro hair and beauty convention today and he was 10/10 for customer service, very knowledgeable on the product but also super friendly. The product is lovely and comfortable!

I reached out to the Customer Support team at REM for help with a second hand couch that needed some TLC on its controller- they couldn’t have been more friendly, responsive and efficient - we managed to get things sorted and working again. Thank you so much for a great service.

I was utterly amazed when I contacted REM about a very old stool that had lost a wheel and I was looking to find out what I could do. They sent me a new wheel, now it's as good as new - what fantastic customer service and another reason why I buy quality products from them

Broken lock fixed!

We buy display cabinets from REM. Lock broke on one of them and Lisa told me what I needed after sending her a photo of the broken lock. Phoned to order it and spoke with Gill. Really helpful and arranged to send me the lock foc. Much appreciated gesture, great service and lovely, helpful staff. Thanks Lisa and Gill.

Fantastic service

I reported a fault on my mothers hair dryer and within 24 hrs I had a response from Gill who arranged for an engineer to come out and sort out the problem. It was fantastic service from Rep to Customer Service to Engineer and I would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you so much REM! Great stuff !!!

From start to finish REM have been amazing. Mick came to do the measuring and was really easy to talk to and I felt my Vision for my salon was seen, even made suggestions fo help with cost and style. Francesca did my 3d design and wow. It was perfect, even the little finishing touches detail. I had issue with planning permission and mick was kind enough to hold the original price for me and kept checking in. The ordering and delivery were faultless too. The furniture is high quality and perfect for my little salon. Top service from start to finish couldn’t recommend enough thank you.

Customer Service Champions!

After many years of constant use my REM electric beauty couch needed a gas lift cable for the backrest.
2 weeks before Christmas could not have come at a worse time but I needn’t have worried as Lynda got it to me on next day delivery- at a time when nobody seems to be able to deliver anything anywhere near on time.
She even followed up that call to let me know it was on its way.
Outstanding customer service and equipment, REM, you show others how it’s done!
