I have purchased for the first time a product from them and had some issue with it in terms of the standard built of the product. The product was a chair specifically for beauty salon. I was tired buying law quality and uncomfortable chairs from amazon and I decided to buy a high end product from this company resulting in a very big mistake. I had sent emails and until now still back and forth with the emails. They have no solution for an expensive product. Which I don't understand is that you pay premium price from this company and they have no willing whatsoever in helping you. Even when I order the product the sales people didn't even bother to deep dive with you into the product. They were looking demotivated and just passive in the sale process. But even though I continued with my purchase because I need it the chair to avoid having back pain. It is a very bad experience and totally disappointed by the fact that a famous company like REM to leave you with no solution at all. Not recommended and never again. Waste of time and money

I lost my keys to my trolly and the company were so helpful and were able to identify the lock from a picture! Spend a little more but get so much back on quality and customer service.

REM came to the rescue, after I had a bad experience ordering my backwash chair from a Hairdressing Supplier! Thanks to Lynda, REM made the correct chair and delivered it , in a week! Arranged to pick up the wrongly ordered chair , meaning I didn’t have to deal with Hairdressing Supplier anymore.
Thanks for taking the stress out of a horrible situation.

I’ve just recently purchased a pedicure chair, nail desk and beauty couch for my beauty room reopening after lockdown.
I would highly recommend the furniture, it is beautiful and made to a very high standard. I dealt with Micheal Roach his customer service was 110% he was so helpful and everything including delivery was top class.
If your looking for beauty or hairdressing furniture this is the place to go!!

I needed a spare part for shower head and I received great and efficient customer service . Delivery was very quick too.

Mick and his team were super helpful, understood what I was looking for and delivered exactly when they said they were going to. So happy with my new Salon.

It was a very efficient ordering process from start to finish. Lynda is a very patient and helpful worker, giving me advice on colours and understanding when we had an issue on our end, making sure to clarify any concerns I had. Her responses were fast and her patience was much appreciated during such a stressful time.

As well as that, the delivery people were very kind and polite, abiding by COVID guidelines by wearing masks and carefully transporting the beds, as well as taking them into the shop for us. The delivery times were very clear too, sent by message so there was no worries for missing the delivery slot.

The beds are beautiful, the selections for colours are all very aesthetically pleasing.

Overall, a very professional service.
