I am almost shipping monthly with Remambo for the past years. I really appreciate their fast purchase service, its important for some time sensitive event. Support service is great too, they try to answer to all of queries and issue. Consolidation packing is amazing, items are packed nicely into shipment box and space are filled with bubble so items are secured within box. Many shipping carrier options is a plus. I don't think there is any other proxy agent/shipper that can match Remambo. Keep it up Remambo. 5 stars for being up there.

First order with Remambo
For my first package I was able to put two separate orders together and ship it in a timely manner. A big plus for me was that since all my items were from the same store I only paid one handling fee per order, unlike other proxy shipping sites that I would have to communicate with customer service it was done automatically. Any question I had was also replied to quickly.
A minus I would say is though I did agree to continue with my order if they were unable to purchase an item from my list, I wasn't notified which items were canceled and the refunds were not sent directly back to me, rather they were accumulated in funds on the website, which I later used to pay for shipping costs. Some of my items also went on sale during the time they were ordered and I am not sure if the difference was added to the funds. Changes were not reflected in my order, but I assume the difference wouldn't have been too large so I didn't bring it up with customer service.
Overall I got my package on time and everything was packed securely, communication was easy. I appreciate the weight of the package is also stated before shipping out. The website could use some updating to compete with other proxy sites but probably not necessary.

Easy to use, but user experience and client service is lacking.
I've been using Remambo A LOT for several years now. I like how easy and fast it is to buy from Mercari using Remambo. However, I really dislike client service, the people I speak to are like robots, they show hardly any sympathy, they have no flexibility, it doesn't feel like a service. They have a lot of room for improvement on the user experience.
