The first thing for me that the company did well was with communication. Whenever I had an issue or a question to ask, they were always very prompt and helpful. Although I often have difficulty understanding some processes, I found that I could easily understand the steps required. Collating the items I bought was great too as this meant that everything I bought would be packaged together and arrive in the mail together. Thank you Remambo for making it possible for me to purchase items on the Japanese markets.

My new favorite proxy
Funny enough, I found out about Remambo through AI. I gave it my requirements for the sites I buy from in Japan, and the quantity and types of items, and it gave me Remambo as the most cost effective option (in particular, I was seeking a proxy ideal for large hauls - so no per-item fees, and preferably free consolidation). I briefly googled them and got some forum posts of people who had positive experiences with them, so I decided to give them a try - and I'm so glad I did! This is my new go-to proxy for large orders, they have extremely reasonable fees and an easy shop process. They were also lightning fast to buy my items, and they had my whole big order consolidated and ready to ship within a few hours of making the request. My only nitpicks is that website is a little awkward and the fact that they want you to pick the shipping method in advance of them packing the box is kind of difficult since you don't know what the box dimensions will be, but it was overall not a big deal. Their packaging was top notch as well, very professional and secure, and I was very happy. I already have a second order going with them. Fantastic proxy!
