I made a transmission purchase today with the help of an agent on the other end of the line and was very pleased with the service provided.

Poor communication
Placed the order for my transmission May 28 2025. Rached out to customer service on June 11 2025 for an update no response. Called customer service June 18 2025 twas don't they don't know why I don't have a tracking number yet and they will check on the order and call back. Never called back. Called customer service again on Friday morning June 20 2025 was told that they still do not have tracking and that they do not know when it will ship. I then emailed customer service and was told that there has been a supply shortage and that the soonest a transmission will be sent out is by end of the following week so June 27 2025. So I would not get the transmission until some time in July depending on shipping. In total it would be over 30 days before the arrival of the transmission ordered. The site and phone message state to allown7 to 14 days for your order to arrive this is way passed the stated time frame. The communication was lacking. And have requested a refund. They where at least quick about initiating a refund.
