Excellent security from the bank
I received a sms from the bank to call them at a specific number as there was a suspicious transaction on my card. The message included a case number. I called the bank’s main number and was told this is legit. Then I called the number given and spoke to an employee. She asked if I made any purchaes from the US (company name given). I verified I did not and my card was then blocked. A new card will be sent to me. This was excellent security by the bank and excellent customer service! Thank you Re:member!

Don't waste your time
Phone customer service said it takes "up to a month" to activate reward program, not a week like claimed in the reply to my previous review here.
It's been more than a month, and I am still unable to login to reward program page.
That makes me think they don't know themself how it works and when it activates. Also, the online contact form mentioned in the same reply is useless, nobody answers the messages.
The only reason for getting a credit card from re:member was this reward program. So, called them again and terminated my card now. If you're considering getting a credit card from them, don't waste your time. Get something else.
