Really lovely company that provided the perfect keepsake after I’d lost my dog. Ordering was easy; however, I was surprised by their lack of photo editing skills. The photo I provided was portrait and it needed to be landscape, considering the item included the provision of the photo, I would expect that basic skill to be achievable. I ended up resizing the photo myself to one they could use. That said, the end result is perfect and the quality of the item is excellent.

I received my photo frame with compartment in the back for our beloved dog Poppys ashes. I am so pleased it is  perfect ! Way better quality than I expected . I would 100% recommend this company . Thank you.

We placed an online order for a frame to place our beloved dog's ashes in. Rememberedforever were recommended by our pet crematorium for their quality and service.

We uploaded images online. Whilst the process was easy, we did find there was limited movement/ability to zoom/crop the images but we were very happy with the end result.

We received a mock up to approve, and then the frame was produced and delivered.

When putting the ashes in, we had an issue with the magnets on the back of the frame, with one corner not connecting and being flush. We queried this, and received a response the same evening saying the issue was the magnets being installed the wrong way round, and that a replacement insert would be sent to us. It arrived within 3 days and the issue has been completely resolved.

We're very happy with the quality and service, and the issue was very quickly resolved!

Therefore, we would highly recommend!

Quality of workmanship 10 out of 10 from order to delivery time 10 out of 10 quality of materials 10 out of 10 but in my truthful opinion over priced by a good £30 i think including all costs £130 would of been more realistic

I had spent a lot of time trying to find the right frame for our wonderful boy, Fudge.

We bought this keepsake photo frame to hold his ashes, collar, tag and other keepsakes and it’s honestly perfect.

The quality is beautiful and it gave us a comforting, dignified way to keep him close.

Ordering was very simple and the frame arrived on time and packaged well so it was in perfect condition.

I used the automated selection and upload of pictures. Frame and picture quality came exactly as it was shown during the order process. However, I suggest that when you send a confirmation of the order please include a shot of the frame and selected pictures.
