Absolutely wonderful from start to finish! I asked for a slightly more bespoke request and Catarina was amazing in getting it exactly how I envisioned. The responses were very prompt and even the turnaround time/delivery time was very quick for an item so special! It arrived and brought tears to our family’s eyes. We paid extra for the optical glass and it was definitely worth it… it’s stunning. Can not fault any part of the process and will absolutely be recommending them going forward!! A massive thank you!!! I adore glancing over at it all the time! Amazing.

I ordered a beautiful frame with urn in it from Canada. It was packaged perfectly not to break and I received it with in a week of ordering it. It’s absolutely beautiful and now my boy has his place to rest.

Beautiful item very well made. Wanted an item that contained ALL our daughters ashes and not just a keepsake memorial we also didn't want an Urn on the mantle piece. I will just say that the ashes have to lie quite flat so you might have to do as we did and transfer to a bigger bag to be able to do this as once removed from the crematorium box the bag enclosed wouldn't allow for this.
