This is Charlie from Remento, and I’m truly sorry for the time and frustration you’ve spent trying to resolve this. You should not have had to try multiple browsers, repeat the same steps, or feel stuck with automated replies when you were asking for human help.

To clarify, billing owners can cancel for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, and renewal payments are also refundable within 30 days of renewal. Canceling does not remove access to your stories right away, and even after a subscription ends, projects remain viewable with options like re-ordering books and accessing existing stories.

I would genuinely like the opportunity to connect with you directly to resolve the outstanding issues.
