There isn’t a better way to preserve memories than Remento. The “answer questions at your own pace at your own time” format is perfect. It doesn’t require the storyteller to get worn out writing or typing. I learned a lot about my Fad through this amazing service. Bravo to Remento!

This is the most rewarding and exciting app I’ve seen in a long time. My daughter gifted this to me to be able to leave stories about myself for her ,her sibling and my grandchildren. I’ve been using it for about a year now and being able to talk about growing up,having my own children, getting my own first job,talking about all my different experiences that I’ve had over the years that we never really had time to talk about is great. I love the idea that you can share it as a video also so that the future generations can maybe see me and helping them remembe things that I had to say. Thank you so much for this amazing program. I first wrote an email to your support address on 5/18/2026 stating that since my daughter purchased my account as a gift on 4/17/2025 it had expired. Due to serious health issues, I was able to finish only a few stories. I tried to reactivate but every time I clicked the reactivate button, only a blank page showed up. Continued attempts had the same result. I would like to reactivate and submit more stories, but this experience with only AI assistance has been frustrating. I have requested a human to respond. I love this product and the formula for presenting stories, but customer service is lacking.

I fell in love with Remento years ago. I was searching for the perfect Christmas gift for my Mom and in laws. I landed on the comparison chart and bought Remento after researching the competitors. It was the best decision. These stories will be passed down for generations. I remembered reading somewhere that your never truly gone unless forgotten. I reached out to support with an idea and low and behold Charlie responded! I was floored! I have other uses for Remento that will document our family belongings and "antiques". We love the reminders and how easy it is to record a story. We are looking forward to seeing the finished product. But in the meantime, we are enjoying asking questions and hearing the stories.
My father in law is a great story teller so this is a great way to remember and preserve those stories. We had many of them written down, but to hear him tell them is so much better!!!

Easy for non-technical loved ones to use
I bought a Remento subscription for my grandfather as a gift, and set it up to send weekly storytelling prompts to him by text and email. After one in-person walkthrough for the first one, he became quite adept at doing them on his own, sometimes doing two stories in one sitting when he got on a roll.
I really like how he was able to record just by clicking the link in the text to open a web browser with no app download or login to mess with. The AI transcription was really good. The first person narrative option worked well for us, and I only made minor edits to some of his stories here and there. As we near the end of the subscription, we now have over 50 of his stories to turn into a keepsake book that I think the whole family will cherish.

I'm a believer in Remento! I started out a year and a half ago by giving my 92-year-old father a subscription and helping him record his memories. And I found the process so valuable that I started my own subscription, and I'm now in the process of finishing up my own collection of memories. I've created a kind of memoir now that I would never have written on my own. But Remento made it easy. So I talk about Remento to almost everyone I know. Highly recommend!
