I have been a client of RE Mentor since 2009 and I have never ceased to be impressed with the value that is delivered every single month. I have been able to go from a local house flipper and landlord to approaching 1000 units this year, and no longer wasting my time with flipping homes, unless I want to.

RE Mentor has a whole host of information and customer service that unlike a lot of companies today has a true community feel. Your questions will be answered or you will be given the tools to have your question answered. The resources and the service are what make them stand out.

According to newspaper website patriotledger.com, David Lindahl was sentenced to prison for child molestation and was investigated for fraudulent business practices.

His team only wants to up sale more programs before you get any real help they are motivational speakers by script and always trying to sale more

I attended the 3 day seminar a few years ago and was so impressed with the knowledge provided. The courses were well organized and segmented the information into clear and easy to understand modules. Everything I needed to know in order to find, close and manage my first deal was provided in the training.

I attended the entry level training and learned a lot. However, part of the price was to have a mentor assist (1 hour) with your first opportunity. When I found something and called, the "mentor" I spoke with pushed HARD for me to purchase more advanced sessions. When I declined saying I would consider down the line, she said "well, without the advanced classes you will fail, I can't really help you". And ended the call. So instead of the one hour mentoring session I paid for, I got a 10 minute sales push. This took the 4 star training down to a negative rating...

Rip Off, save your money. Its not easy, its very difficult to be successful. They don't tell you everything until you buy one of the programs

MY ISSUES HAVE FINALLY REACHED THE RIGHT PEOPLE WHO HAVE ADRESSED THEM AND WE HAVE SO FAR OBTAINED THE RESULT WE EXPECTED, ALTHOUGH IT TOOK WAY TOO LONG. ALL WE WANTED WAS OUR MONEY BACK, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN QUICK AND EASY.

I am a landlord with years of experience. Without RE Mentor, I could never have confidently bought a 48 unit apartment building out of state. Now that I've helped myself I feel that I can help others.

Attended the seminar and purchased the course they were selling that we "just have to buy right away and ONLY that day."
I am disappointed of how obsolete their info is. To start, their binder is filled with typos, run-ons, and still talks about the YELLOW PAGES. They haven't updated this info since God knows when and yet I paid $1500 for old info? Second, the audio is cheap. You can hear Dave Lindahl swallowing and drinking water and chewing on something while recording. The recording is done in a cheap way and I couldn't get passed his chewing after the first audio! It's so irritating. If he can't record for an hour without the constant gulping, perhaps he should get a professional to do it because it's so annoying and distracting.
Third, I called the mentoring program just to get someone who didn't want to spend his time speaking with me, and instead, sent me more information to read...greaat. Def regret this

Just attended the intro workshop, and I must say that I'm thoroughly impressed with the presentation. It all made sense to me. Now, I've not taken the three day book camp yet, which I'll be taking this June in LA, so the proof will be is in the content offered, although I understand that it's primarily up to me to execute and succeed anyway. I look forward to the training and mentorship. I'll definitely follow up on this post when the time comes :-)

Dear RE Mentor – I just want to express my most sincere appreciation to you and your associates, for the great 3-day seminar. I have to tell you, I was VERY skeptical, when I signed up for this seminar, and after the first two hours I was very motivated with the knowledge provided in this seminar. It was just amazing. This was also true for my partner and many other new team members we met during this three-day seminar. The network created during this event was just incredible. Besides the great learning and network experience, what I got the most out of this seminar was the drive to become a better person and continue to reach my goals. I would like to sincerely thank Tyler for the great and amazing three-day seminar he delivered and Mark who spend time to sincerely guide me through this process, even though I was not able to commit to this great program now, at the present time due to health issues within my family and my financial situation issues. Thank you also to all other members of your team for the great assistance and amazing support. Needless to say, I will recommend this seminar to any person who is interested in learning/investing in the Multi-Family Real Estate Market.

The education and training that we got was outstanding. I am a real estate appraiser, so I had a lot of education going into the program but this filled in all of the missing pieces that we needed to get a deal closed. We joined the mentor program and we were under contract on our first deal three months later. I am happy to report that we just closed on our second deal and we have our third deal under contract. It would not have happened without RE Mentor, our coach, and our sponsor. We wanted to go big and buy larger apartments right away and RE Mentor helped us achieve that goal. They teach every aspect of buying, financing, raising money, and managing multifamily that other programs do not teach. Invest in yourself and the join RE Mentor family. It was the best decision that we made.

Very nice people. Everyone seemed truly helpful. Enjoyed the presentation. Would have been better if they had validated for parking or picked a location where the parking fees were not so exorbitant. I had to leave during the presentation because I did not want to pay $40 for parking fees.

Providing the agenda prior to arrival would have been valuable to the attendees.

Consider having an afternoon of breakout sessions for Expert Q&A.
