RE Mentor has an incredible education…

RE Mentor has an incredible education program. Dave and his team have established themselves as the premier coaches and mentors of the commercial multifamily investment market. Their training is all-inclusive, covering everything from A-to-Z on how to start and build a successful business in Commercial real estate. This training is for everyone, from the beginner with no real estate experience, to the established owner or investor looking to step up to the next level. I'd happily give my endorsement to any of my friends or family and highly recommend all the courses. The team goes above and beyond in all aspects, and they always have the students best interest at the forefront of all their advice and recommendations.

Couldn't be happier with my investment in myself!!
Thank you for everything...!

Truly yours,
Brian

Awesome

Awesome. My husband and I had a really good experience. We loved the speakers and met a lot of great people along the way. We made some nice friendships and connections to help guide us along our journey.

Enjoyed the meeting

Enjoyed the meeting. Speakers were good. Needs to start meetings on time and end on time. Some speakers need to teach instead of selling their program

Good but pricey knowledge sharing

Unclear from the title of this survey if asking about the company, the website, the coaching or the recent Ultimate Partnering event in Boston so I'll offer a bit for all.

RE Mentor as a company offers information that you won't find elsewhere, by people that have walked the walk. Good track record and MOSTLY easy to digest information. Dave gets 5 stars for knowledge and sharing his experiences in a casual, approachable manner.

The RE Mentor website has lots and lots of content, but some of it is getting a bit dated. Some podcasts get right to it, and others wander a bit. A lot to digest. An awful lot of ad on selling of other products.

RE Mentor coaches are top notch, but costs are steep (5 figures) for individual coaching. Be prepared for sticker shock.

The 2018 Ultimate Partnering event in Boston was energetic but a bit of a let-down, frankly. Again, a lot of sales pitches and less content than would have liked. Shark session was good to see people who were both fully prepared and some late additions, who had to field tough questions under fire. Good experience!

The event was marred a bit by less than smooth transitions, continual video and audio challenges, and underwhelming drawings (1 prize a day? Really?) Steve Clement did a fine job Emceeing, but the reminders to fill out the Vendor Bingo card for extra drawing tickets or drink tickets was a bit awkward. With but one single drawing a day the first day, you could tell very few people really cared about increasing their chances. Many people spent THOUSANDS of dollars to fly, stay, and enroll for your event. RE Mentor, open up your Wallet, give out some of your free courses and books, and make people feel appreciated for having shelled out money. Even the single drawing for free admission to next year's event to people who signed up this year was stingy. Draw 3 or 4 winners! Get people excited, not jaded!

Ultimate Partnering for people new to Multi-Family Millions is less valuable than Boot Camp or Immersion since many of us have neither the deals ready to fund nor the funders ready to deal. Some people spent little time in the main hall as they networked continually. Good for them! I was left wanting as a relative newcomer to the RE Mentor family, but I will likely be back next year when I have more experience under my belt and can appreciate it more fully.

Scam

Bought the boot camp after high pressure sales . I had already made up my mind I was going to try before they kept pushing through the whole class . Of course like any consumer after the sale , we always look at the true reviews after . 1500 is only to start . Most people that keep with the program end up spending 40 k . 1500 is only talking about what they are going to teach you next . I canceled my authorization . It's a scam . Im better off reading and listening to audio books .

Adriana,

I am sorry you feel this way. I wish there was something I could do to change your mind regarding our education. I can assure you that our education is not a "SCAM" as you put it. We have been teaching students how to invest in Multi-Family Properties for almost 20 years. We have thousands and thousands of success stories. Even on this site you can see the hundreds of testimonials of people who used the education and became successful. We give you a full education from nuts to bolts on how to invest in commercial properties and we don't hold back. We are proud of our record and take pride in helping our students be successful. We will continue to give the quality education that our students deserve and we hope you come back if you need our help.

Good RE education

Useful information. Very expensive coaching & some of the events have a lot of advertising but also packed with good education.

Ultimate Partnering to a Sellathon

Ultimate partnering is now officially a sellathon. I don't think it is worth what is being charged. I guess Dave need to suck out much money as he can before he retires.
