Wonderful networking opportunity.
A lot of people. It would be nice if one day people could sit in ballroom according to region of the country they invest in....it would facilitate more fruitful networking.

Great people to work with!! Sometimes my emails go unanswered but if I call I get what I need. Operationally they could improve some of their processes. The education is awesome! Sometimes you find that the information in the manuals is dated and they do things a little differently but over all the content offers the details you need to take massive action. I love how they share resources and contacts that newbies otherwise wouldn't have. I love how they stress the importance of mindset and encourage you to keep going!

Extremely professional organization and staff, very accountable and knowledgeable.

REMentor has helped more of my successful syndication clients than any other real estate trainer. They know their stuff and they have a great system for training others on how to become successful syndicators.

Too many infomercials, not enough concise information delivered. Chauvinistic comments give the impression that the organization does not see the women in the audience as business people. Inappropriate innuendos for a mixed group of real estate investors. Presenters often unable to maintain audience attention.

I really enjoyed the Ultimate Partnering event. The speakers were very inspirational and motivating. I met some people who I am hopeful will help me in becoming successful in this business by partnering in a number of ways. And as always, the RE Mentor staff couldn't be more helpful. It's a great event and I'll be back next year.

This weekend was definitely a great learning experience. I truly appreciate that you made it available. The only thing I had a difficult time with was that I could not hear during the session where we moved around the room and exchanged our cards with people. The voices of others standing so close, trying to speak over the noise, would drown out the voice of the person in front of me. I missed much of what was being said. The people beside me said they were having the same difficulty.
That did not diminish the value of the event. I did feel that it was a great opportunity to get to exchange cards and make valuable contacts. I started learning from moment one! Thanks for asking.

Great event. Congrats to everyone involved

Overall the experience was great. I wish that coffee wasn't so difficult to get. Seems like when the coffee and tea came out by the time I had finished talking a networking they were taking it quickly away. Also sending an easy to read email with the agenda embedded in text (not as an attachment) would have helped me better plan my day and strategy. Otherwise I had a wonderful time and met so many great people and potential partners.

This is a phenomenally worthwhile event and company. I will achieve the most significant goals I have in my life because of this organization. I can't recommend Ultimate Partnering enough, and RE Mentor.

For my money, this is undoubtedly the best RE training anywhere. Quality programs and nice people to boot!

I joined this group for one purpose, learn how to acquire multifamily properties and I did just that. With their education, coaching and continuous support I was able to close a transaction within 5 months from start. Now I am looking to do it again. Thank you RE Mentor!

Networking was a Ultimate purpose of the event for me and how the event was offered. Ultimate Partnering.
Speed Networking - should have been done multiple times.
I was not aware of any affinity groups where we could meet with people interested in the same market as we are so we can partner. It would be nice for those people interested in investing only (not management) would have had a different color of lanyard or were easily recognizable.
It would be nice to have multiple structured networking opportunities.
Such as by target market, by where you live to meet others from your city, state, those who would like to meet other operators, if you want to find a sponsor have a session just for that, for those who have a deal they want to present, have a time for them to present their deal, have a list of REM Mentors who are willing to mentor someone else. It would be very helpful to break down the very large number of attendees into smaller groups.
I had to choose between networking and listening to presenters and missed some of the content. If there are going to be infomercials on other peoples products, it would be nice to have actual student success testimonials to support the offering. Otherwise, I feel like I have paid a very large access fee to fund another company to try to high pressure sell me something else on top of what I'm already spending. I don't enjoy sitting through infomercials with very little take away on how I can get my next deal. Present multiple case studies from students on how they have used your products, your coaches, your events and training to land their deal. What did they do wrong, what did they learn, what would they recommend you put into your purchase contract to CYA, etc. Allow a time for Q&A so we can learn from one another how to get our deal. REM Mentor is not successful unless we are. We need access to more support.
