Perfect recovery software. Did exactly what is supposed to do. All folders and files were saved from a crashed NAS drive. If you need a good recovery app, to save big data, organized by folders and my types of media, you can use Remo

Once again Remo Outlook Backup & Migrate has saved the day !!.

This will be the third time I have used it to migrate Outlook to a new PC, it makes the process so easy, saves all my Outlook data and accounts even when upgrading to later versions of Outlook.

I highly recommend it.

I own MS Office Professional Plus 2021 and I have 5 POP3 accounts + one Gmail account in my Outlook profile.
A couple of days ago, just when I was preparing to migrate Outlook to a new PC, the source laptop crashed because of a hardware issue.
Fortunately, I had used Remo Outlook Back up and Migrate to back up all my outlook information.
I moved the back up file to the new PC and in a few minutes, my outlook software was running smoothly. I just had to fill in my email account passwords.

I was able to recover all my lost files, amounting to gigabytes of data. Very appreciative and highly recommend Remo Software if files are deleted and need to be recovered.

It is not a free trial.

No one likes to pay for software they rarely use, but this little gem is worth it. Saved my bacon. Ultimately saved me time and money. Yes its easy to use and worked as advertised.

I have used Remo 3 times to migrate Outlook from one PC to another PC. It's the only way I know to move Outlook and keep all you Outlook customization. Works great and well worth the price.

It took a bit of time. But, it was recovering files from a 2TB hd. Got all my stuff back.

I purchased this to recover some files and it works great.The UI is clear and shows the folderstructure with the files, which is very helpful if you're looking for a specific folder.
Customer support is also fast and very helpful to assist and clear up any issues I had :)

Instead of freeing up space on the external hard drive, the bogus program began deleting everything: photos, documents, save files, basically everything.

No. It can't end like this.

First of all, do not, repeat, do not touch the external hard drive. Then: look for data recovery software. Remo software? Well, it's an Italian name... All right, I'll launch the program: what magic! can see all my beloved documents again. The blood starts flowing again.

Pay for the activation. Save the documents on the hard drive. It works. Do you understand? It works! My lungs are breathing again.

Well, not perfectly: out of over eight gigabytes of material, some documents are lost, some file names are lost – but the content is safe. However, we're talking about 1% of the material: the program has practically recovered everything. Great job, Private Remo! 👍

Used this application for the first time and experienced no issues and within a few minutes duplicate photos were found and I deleted them. Good program.

I downloaded a free version which pretended it could recover the .psd files I had spend hours working on, but it forced me to pay to actually recover them. Once I paid the fee to get my work back, the program didn't actually work at all, and I had been lured into a false sense of hope by the free version wrongly making me believe there was anything to recover.

I’m sharing this review to offer a cautionary account of my experience using Remo, particularly for those planning academic or professional events.

I paid for access to the platform in order to run a single academic symposium scheduled for June 2025. The onboarding process led me to believe — and I was told directly — that ticketing, registration, fee collection, and participant onboarding could all be managed within the Remo platform. This was crucial for me, as I intended to keep the ticket cost low (just £5) to encourage attendance while covering the platform’s cost, which I was paying out of pocket.

However, this turned out not to be true. I discovered, only after promoting the event and gathering early interest, that Remo does not support integrated ticketing or payment. This forced me to set up a separate registration and payment system at short notice, which created confusion and led to a complete breakdown in attendance. Despite early engagement, I was ultimately left with too few confirmed participants to justify running the symposium.

Around a week before the scheduled event, I contacted Remo to explain that I would need to cancel, due to the failure of the platform to support the features I had been assured it could provide. At that point, no live services had been delivered — I had simply set up the event space and begun promotion.

Given the circumstances, I had expected at least a partial refund, or for the company to acknowledge the clear miscommunication that had undermined the event. Instead, I was told that I had not paid for event delivery, but rather for a subscription. I still don’t quite understand how this constitutes a subscription, when what I received was access to one event space, with strict participant limits, and no functionality beyond what I thought I was paying for in direct connection to the symposium itself.

There was no flexibility, no acknowledgement of the onboarding issue, and no willingness to consider a refund — despite the fact that my event could not go ahead largely because of Remo’s misleading claims during onboarding. As it stands, I am out of pocket, with no event to show for it, and no real support from the company.

I would strongly caution others to double-check what this platform actually provides, and to be wary of vague promises during onboarding. If you are paying for a specific event — especially from your own budget — and expecting basic functions like ticketing to be included, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

I purchased a one month license from Remo Repair to recover a corrupt .mov file. Unfortunately, in my case, it was truncated, so while the software was able to recover it perfectly, the file was not complete. The trial version did allow me to test it out before purchasing the month license. I contacted support to make sure there were no inadvertent renewals and they were very kind in reassuring me that the subscription would expire at the due date.

In short, the software works well and the company seems very honest.

The recovery software did what I needed. The process was slower than I expected. But that could have been for many factors unique to my issue. One of my external disks (5TB) required a physical scan, which was longer and needed more hands on once the files were identified. Think several weeks, not a day. I guess it all depends on how many disks and how many files you need to scan and recover.

One thing that surprised me, other than really being able to recover my files, was the personal proactive support that they provided. One does not expect it with a package purchased off the internet... But it was a happy surprise and I felt in "good hands"

Bottom line... I got most of my files back which I am grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend this software and company.

It was a very useful tool it was reasonably priced too unlike other Bluetooth ones out there did what I said I would do real quick and I'm very happy with it

Remo Duplicate File Remover did exactly what I needed. I had gotten myself in quite a debacle and ended up having triples of every file, and I mean every file, program files, you name it, on my laptop. It was very user friendly, would definitely recommend!

I'll admit, I slightly balked at the price when I saw the cost of a single month package, but honestly, it was worth every penny. Certain files are either worth so much more in a monetary sense if you're a business and then there are documents that hold such a personal value that they become invaluable. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the product to a friend or a family member, even ones who aren't tech savvy as the software does all the heavy lifting for you. Customer Service has been great and it felt like they were available whenever they were needed. All in all, worth every penny.
