Regarding the Outlook Backup and Migrate program. It really is excellent. Of all the tedious tasks of migrating an old PC's to a new one, Outlook is the trickiest and time consuming of all. The threat of losing connections, emails, calendars,and contacts is easily possible. This software is easy to use. I found it 100% effective and fast. Customer support and handholding was superb and easy to contact. Thanks Remo!

Sent a support question prior to purchasing a license. Response was quick and very detailed. Purchase the license to migrate Outlook 2019 with 7 different emails from existing laptop to a new laptop. Worked flawlessly. Everything migrated including all email account settings. Only tweak by me was to move the location of the migrated Outlook pst file to my preferred location. Highly recommend. It probably saved me two hours of time in setting up 7 accounts on the new laptop.

I lost my directory on my GoPro flash drive and this software easily recreated it allowing me to access all my videos and photos.

I've used this software because after so many system upgrades from windows millennium to windows 11 and different motherboards and CPU's it has duplicated many items on my system, photos video's and music files with all the backing up in the world it's still going to duplicate something alone the line. So as I have a wee bit of time now that I've retired i set about sorting out all my files. I installed Remo duplicate remover after reading the write ups about it in June 2024. It did take a few months to sort as just my photo files and all those on the OneDrive amounted to 500 to 600gb of data on a separate hard drive. That way after working with Remo Duplicate software i was surprised I was able to condense just my photo and video files back on my pc it took up 257gb. Was it worth it I would say yes indeed had the same result with my music files.

While facing a problem, there was an immediate response to resolve it. Perfect job, well done!

Remo worked fine when I stupidly didn’t look farther than my nose reached when Trash said there was a lot of stuff to empty. I was in the middle of a project and had dumped some old files, but I didn’t see that an entire folder that was being used was one of those things I mistakenly dumped or highlighted or whatever. Remo got back 95% of what I needed immediately and it only took an hour to rebuild what couldn’t be recovered. Glad I had it. Much faster and easier to use than a different program that I tried first.

I was skeptical about the product a first, but after the free trial I saw what an impact on my computer and time it make. It has been a great experience, whenever I have a question you can reach out to support and get a response right away.

AMAZING! I tried Lexar compatible software to recover my numerous pictures and videos that I scrapped unfortunately by pressing "Format" on my Canon camera (wrong translation, in french, it could mean a different type of pictures such as .jpg to .png, etc). Anyhow, this software worked perfectly well!!! I am amazed by the results! 3 years of memories recovered! YEAH!

Software was great but the follow up and support was amazing. Outlook transferred - but was not receiving or sending mail. A quick e-mail conversation and troubleshooting provided a step by step video resolution for the problem in hours.

This product is awesome, I purchased the one-month option as it definitely helped me recover 3000+ images from a maternity shoot.

I was literally panicking right before, trying to find a way to restore them. Shoutout to the canon community for recommending this software. I would purchase again, if needed.

Downside, the cost for one month is higher than I expected.
Upside, purchased with a discount of 10ish dollars off. And the value is great.

My Outlook Crashed 3 times and caused bad sector in resident drive, tried many expert they could not revive, finally Microsoft team advised Remo Team, believe me they knew all the problems at first dignose , they Restored my Data File. and saved my 8 years of Email!!! Thank you Remo Team, Keep it up
