Even though I accidentally ordered the wrong model remote control for my application, the technician support sent me a link to use to reprogram the remote for my use. It was a simple task that saved me from returning the remote and ordering the correct one. The support is great, and the remote control works perfectly..

After l received the remote control, I inserted fresh batteries, but went I tried it, I pressed the power button and nothing happens, so also pressed the volume and the remote didn't work,so I tried pressing the power button again, but not luck.so after having the remote control for a couple of weeks, I decided to send a email to the seller, asking for the correct address, I need it to return the remote control because didn't work for my Sylvania tv. So then I received his response email and he gave me some advice about what maybe the problem, one of the advice that he asked if all he buttons was working. So I started pressing all the buttons, and by my surprise the remote control is working now. I'm very happy that I don't have to return the remote control, and now I have a brand new remote control!!! Great seller and highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!

Quality of the model was not there.

Remotecontrol did not work correctly. I have got new codes and program to re-code the remotecontrol.

Purchased a remote for an android box, which when I received I thought was not working. Sent email to company who replied quickly explaining problems that it could be. Very thorough with help. In the end I had solved the problem myself it was my error, the batteries I had purchased had no charge in them so the remote did not work because of that. Was very impressed by the way the company tried to help me with my problem, would definitely buy from them again if needing a remote control.

I heard bad story's ordering stuff from China. But this was the only store that had the remote control I was looking for. So bought it. I diddn't have to worry about it. It was on time en the correct remote control. Very happy about my purschase. Everything went fine, ordering, sending and reciving.

I ordered a new remote for my Channel Master DVR. It arrived very quickly. I believed it wasn’t working properly, but the issue was with my DVR. After a reboot of the DVR, the new remote works extremely well.

Thank you for having this product on hand. It sure beats trying to find a new DVR that works with an over-the-air antenna.

Unfortunately, it took 2 months for me to receive my purchase, apparently the result of mailing delays caused by the Kung Flu? In any case, REMOTES WORLD were very good about replying the couple of times I'd questioned what had happened and overall, Kung Flu dilemma aside, I'm happy with my purchase, it works well & all good. I had a faulty, and very old remote that I had real difficulty in replacing. I eventually found this company, I was aware they were in China which made me a little nervous, would there be import duty? (No) What would happen if anything went wrong?
Anyway, long story short, after a minor hiccup at the start, then contacted them on chat and email. The guys at remotes world were awesome, extremely helpful and resolved my problem within 2 days, sending me great instructions on how to reprogram the remote using usb, they even gave me additional codes for other components, (as the remote they sent was a "4 in 1" and had spare capacity. FANTASTIC SERVICE. THANK YOU.

At first, the remote did not work but with their instructions, I managed to get it working by reprogramming it.

Ordered two months ago and haven't got any delivery yet.. says "Expired" when looking at tracking.

I bought online a remote control for my aplifier JVC of 20 years old. After 2 weeks I received a remote but it was for a beamer and did not work on my amplifier. So I contacted Remotes-world and they replied fast and apologized for sending the wrong remote control. I had the choice to receive my money back or receive the correct remote. I chose for the remote and they sent it within 2 more weeks and I could keep the other remote for free. Now the new remote works perfect and I am very happy with Remotes-world
