Contacted the helpdesk, thet were swift in their answer and solution to the problem.
With some software and connecting the remote to my PC the problem was solved. Exellent clear and precise service, thanks !

I ordered a remote replacement for a Channel Master DVR+ when the power button stopped working on the original remote. I was pleasantly surprised to find the replacement has all the important functions I had on the original remote which will enable me to keep using the DVR, hopefully for years to come. Although the button mapping is different, the replacement came with a table showing how each function maps to the buttons on the replacement. My order arrived quickly. Well done.

I ordered the remote it came right away it did not work I returned it and never received my money back don't buy anything from this company or eBay and it also wasn't the right remote that was advertised in the beginning

I really thought I was throwing away $20, but I have a discontinued obscure iStereo that I really like the sound of so I figured it was worth it to try. I expected to be throwing the remote and the radio away. But, it worked. Even though not all of the buttons do what you would expect, once you learn them, they work consistently right after I put in batteries. And it shipped quickly. Thanks

My experience with Remotes World has been nothing but positive. If they don't have a remote then you can't find it anywhere else. Even remotes that have been discontinued they will program a universal remote for you.
