We even finished early even though we moved a lot of things. They were equiped with blankets to protect the bags, and trolleys. 1000/100. Many thanks for the smooth move!

Removals van came late with an excuse of the driver being sick which wasn’t the case - but when they did arrive - they were absolutely brilliant.
I cannot think of a better choice of removalists at a great price! Don’t think twice.

Zero stars if there was an option. A disgraceful company - sent their men who moaned from the start. They then stole numerous pairs of sunglasses & a power drill.
When we approached the company to address this they have dismissed our claim around terms & conditions and then supposedly conducted an "investigation" resulting in NOTHING...no response.
They are now ignoring emails. Absolute disgrace!

REMOVALS ZONE
When I called to enquire, they were professional sounding and asked all the details of the move, locations, floor of flat and whether they had lifts etc and items to move. Gave me a price and said they charge a minimum 2 hours, would take 30% on booking and the balance was payable on the day of the move. They said I would need to call the office to pay on the day.

As they had Good TrustPilot reviews 4.6, I thought that means they were honest and reliable. When I called back to confirm the booking date, they said they will charge an extra £15 per flight of stairs / floor if cannot use lift. Then they said the hourly rate they offered me the day before was a special promotion and they had changed their rates which were suddenly a lot higher. I was so pissed off at this obvious and well practised sales method, I told them in no uncertain terms that I will never book with such a scam company and hung up. I then got a long message from them obviously trying to arse cover saying their terms were on the enquiry email.

I then read through the Trustpilot reviews and realised that they have done this many times before so should have checked before I called back to book.

CYNICAL, VERY POOR PRACTICE AND QUITE DELIBERATE

Fabulous job and on the hottest day of year! Krasi chris were fantastic!

Avoid RemovalsZone at all costs - this was the worst experience of using a removal company I have ever had.

I expect like many people, we were lured in by a great initial quote cheaper than other companies, but on the day they demanded a lot more money to complete only part of the job.

We've now had to pay £100s more to them than and will have to pay another company to finish the work

Despite providing all the information we could in advance (including multiple phone calls to confirm details and a video of the full contents of the flat), on the day they said there was too much stuff and refused to do what had been agreed.

This meant they cancelled an additional pick up which had been included in the quote, did not take all the items that had been agreed and demanded £100s extra for only doing part of the job.

They claimed this was because there was too much stuff so it had taken much longer to pack the van than had been expected - over 4 hours for a 1-bed flat. This was despite the fact the initial quote had included two additional stops to pick up items from storage, which they did not do.

The first demand for extra payment was made when our stuff was in the van, but had to be paid before they would unload so it was very difficult to refuse or negotiate.

Even after this additional payment was made, they invoiced me for a further £147 after unloading because the unloading had taken longer than they had estimated only a few hours earlier.

They took zero responsibility for having given such an inaccurate quote, despite all the efforts we had made to confirm things in advance and were completely unwilling to compromise despite charging us £100s extra to only do part of the job they had agreed to.

It seems to me that their business model is to provide an attractive initial quote which gets you to book with them, but intentionally underestimates what will be required. Then once they've got your stuff and they've got you over a barrel, they jack up the price and you have very little choice but to pay the extra.

Complete rip-off - don't waste your time or money!

Update (1/8/2025): still waiting for my refund which has been due since 19/06/2025. Every time I contact them I’m told they will chase up their account department.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this company based on their low quote — in my case, £207.50 quickly turned into £433.50. What initially seemed like a competitive deal soon felt like a bait-and-switch. I was charged for an additional two hours of work (2 x £83), which only took 45 minutes to complete.

The movers themselves were polite enough and did their job, but it was clear they were under constant micromanagement, with one of them glued to the phone with the office throughout the move. Before even receiving a quote, I provided full details of all items needing transport. Yet, on the day, I was told not everything would fit into the van. This seemed conveniently timed to justify a second trip (and added charges), though only a few items were “left over” — and there was clearly still space. To avoid charges for a second trip, we told the movers to move things around to get all items in the van.

I was also charged £15 per floor, totalling £60, because one item supposedly didn’t fit in the lift, despite offering to carry it ourselves. The movers insisted they’d handle it — in hindsight, likely motivated by the added fees.

I was promised a refund of £83 on 19 June 2025, but it’s now been nearly two weeks, and I’m still waiting. Each day brings a different excuse — I’ve been told it’s with the accounts team, with management, etc. I’m now being strung along with empty promises, told it’ll be resolved soon over and over again.

In short, a frustrating experience that left a sour taste. The service was not entirely poor, but the hidden charges, overmanagement, and questionable billing practices make it difficult to recommend.

They quoted a very reasonable price and advised additional costs would apply for overtime work during the move. Obviously they were banking on that because they worked extremely slowly - we ourselves were well organised and were working hard to get the job done which obviously irritated the two movers who were also quite rude. My advice is to pay a little more for quality movers or spend more time doing it yourself. Funnily enough my girlfriend was unable to find her jewellery box after the move.

Avoid like the plague.

I used this company to remove from one property and the guys were so amazing and respectful. everything they removed where the exact items they moved to my new property.

Im a female on my own. the driver was shouting at me and very aggressive that the agents and neighbour both had to tell him to stop shouting at me. my new neighbour was horrified with the noise.

They tried to then charge me with extra items but i told them how can there possibly be extra items when the same items you removed are the same items you are bringing to my new home.

they have left my bed unfixed after unbolting it all and im too scared to be around them as its very uncomfortable.

im very disappointed as the storage company also took their details after i told them how amazing this company was. i referred many of my family and friends
i felt very intimidated that i didnt want to hand more money to them as i am very unhappy with the service and totally unprofessional to leave a women feeling unsafe that i felt no choice to pay them as he may leave my stuff on the street and i am a female alone. i also dont no what im paying for as they keep changing it as we are removing. i felt intimidated so I just paid. this is not how companies should be operating.

im contacting trading standards on monday and companies house and will be pursuing this further.

sad this happened but want to make sure no female alone ever has to feel scared or intimidated

this is not true. We have our email confirming price and the receipt they left after leaving with the cash. My new neighbours and the estate agents are professional and would not be shouting and we made a video of your drivers. Communication with drivers who could not speak any english was difficult but i do not agree with your reply and we have escalated to trading standards. We have all receipts , video and emails that have been submitted and its now for them to address with you.
