In our experience there is usually some interesting reason why some people don't get a colour result. Did you know for example that on occasions when indigo has not worked we've often advised customers to try Evian bottled water and it suddenly works !! ( we have absolutely no affiiation with Evian ) . I won't buy Henna from any other place

Excellent products and customer service
I’ve been using the organic Henna and Indigo for about a year now, it’s really good quality and I’ve been so pleased with the results. My hair is naturally very dark brown, with a hint of auburn when the light shines on it, I was looking for a natural way to cover my greys and still keep my natural colour, the Renaissance Henna/Indigo gives the perfect colour. It took a few goes to get the perfect colour on my greys, but I now know the ratios for me and they blend in beautifully. It lasts a good 6/7 weeks before the colour fades and needs doing again. My hair is left in great condition, soft and very shiny. I can highly recommend Renaissance products and customer service.
