I needed help finding the render I needed to match my existing render, but was no longer listed, Render Direct was able to tell me that the product manufacturer had changed and details of the new render needed to match.

Great customer service, absolutely first class
From the moment I spoke to them everything was first class, they had the render I needed, would deliver one bag and it was with me the next day. Faultless customer service and so easy to deal with. If I have one thing which would have helped me it was they didn’t offer a Saturday service even half a day would have helped. However they did respond by 08:43 on Monday so the team worked really well with the hours allocated

Best avoided I would say!
Thankfully I never actually hit the order button before asking questions via "live" chat. I asked a couple of technical questions and was just sent a link to answer both questions, no hello, no introduction, just links to data I had already read. I explained this and asked if anyone was available to actually answer my questions. A telephone number was given for tech support, again no chat. I explained that if I wanted to call, then I would have (I was already on a call).
No response whatsoever. Asked for their name, ignored.
Told them it appeared they clearly weren't interested and that I would hold off placing an order until someone could give me the information I required. Again no response.
I left the chat window open for several days and nothing!
So pleased I never ordered from this company. Whoever was on the other end was incredibly rude and ignorant. Imagine their attitude once they have your money!

Following your response. Let me re-iterate. The links supplied were indeed to data sheets regarding the products I wanted to order, but the data sheets did NOT answer the 2 questions I asked and as already mentioned, I informed your staff of this and simply received a phone number to tech support. I was using the chat feature for a reason!

Clearly not accurate as they didn't know the answers and sent links that didn't answer them either.
As for questioning the true nature of my enquiry. It was a genuine enquiry. It's 2024 and anyone that doesn't want to be spammed, scammed, profiled or whatever else, doesn't put their genuine details into a chatbot form when they simply want a price or some info.
Quite frankly it's none of your business what my name is or my email address. I just wanted to ask a couple of questions before handing over my money. So I entered a random name and email.
Weirdly enough I wasn't asked any personal questions when I contacted a local company to ask if the had the products that you didn't want to sell me. They answered my questions, gave advice and prices (which were as good as yours without the £50+vat delivery).
To your credit you did actually respond to my negative TrustPilot review, not all companies do that.
