The engineer delivered a first class service. He took the time to explain what the problem was and he was very informative, My mother is disabled and he ensured that he put her mind at rest as she was very worried and anxious. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a great service by Rene Plumbing. The boiler engineer who attended to servicing my boiler took the time and patience to provide insights to me on how I can maintain the heating system myself and the things I could to protect it. It was quite refreshing. Very professional and high quality service.

Gus spent ages with us solving the problems and even going out to buy a part that was needed. Very thorough job and Gus is so personable .

Boiler stopped working and tried British Gas but could not come for 5 days and spent so much time of the phone trying to open an account. Rang Rene Plumbing & Heating and arranged an engineer for the next day. Needed some big parts but were organised and fitted the following day. Even left us an electric fire to borrow.
Great communications with their office and great service. Would recommend to anyone.

Had combo boiler fitted by homeserve nothing worked from day one eventually they agreed a Powerflush to see if that was the issue.it was arranged by homeserve with Rene plumbing and heating.a chap named guss called first thing worked so hard all day Powerflush was to no avail he kept on trying to find the issue he took the time to call homeserve whom passed him to 4 different departments then advised to inform customer call customer relations’. Gus was respectful in my home not once did he not put shoe covers on whilst going upstairs where carpet was. He went well above and beyond in doing all he could to find the issue it was very clear he prides himself in his job and wants to do it to highest standards I’d certainly recommend g gus And the company thank you

Prompt, efficient service. Professional routine maintenance carried out. This is the second service I've had with this company and both times I have felt the service engineer was educating me on the signs to look out for in case of problems and to make sure I use the boiler safely and efficiently. They arrived on time (having phoned to say they were on their way) to service the boiler, explained clearly what they were doing and went through the detailed report when finished. Excellent service.
