Very efficient, professional service from start to finish. Any queries were promptly dealt with and the system installation went very smoothly. The system should pay for itself within 10 years obviously depending on how much energy prices increase.

From the first call made to the home visit I felt so reassured
Everything was explained in great detail to us we really felt like part of the family not a number on the books
Options were given in every step and we were kept up to date with the whole process
Payment was easy nothing was over complicated and at no point were we left thinking oh god have we done the right thing

Install day came 2 lovely electricians came to the door introduced themselves and were fully working at 8am
Next two solar fitters arrived and equally so polite well mannered checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the options chosen
They took great care of the property my plants and made sure my dogs didn’t get out
I can’t thank them enough
It was just a shame they had another job to go to afterwards could of kept them here all day a real credit to the company

The company was great to deal with from start to finish. Plenty of information given. Installation was quick and the fitters were brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Better price than a certain nation firm who also quoted. Very quick and smooth installation. Scaffolding up on Monday, panels and batteries fitted Tuesday and Wednesday, scaffolding down on Thursday. In the month or so since installation, even being February and March, we have had five or six days where we’ve not used any power off the grid. Roll on spring and summer.

In person service was good and informative. Clear quotes, listened and advised then fitted. Office and field installers helpful and efficient.

Had the pleasure of dealing with this company following a referral from a friend of mine who had also had the same experience. We had previously been told that solar would not work at our property due to the way the sunsets and rises around our property. Mark came over did a full survey of the property and recommended a floor mounted solar array. Mark was a pleasure to deal with and at no point did he pressure to make a decision. It took me three months of considerations, calculations and even a referral before I made a decision. They did all the groundwork, which included digging out a field, building a shield bund, digging out the driveway laying underground cables and so forth. I was really impressed with the ground work you wouldn’t even know they had been. The system works really well. This is a family run business and whilst small it is because of this that makes them such a pleasure to deal with because even when I’ve text Mark at the weekends with some stupid question he always gets back to me. I doubt I would get such service with a bigger corporation and certainly I would not have paid a very competitive price for the system that I have. For your information I have a 32 panel 15kw solar array with 2x10kW batteries. They installed the whole system in a day. The installation team were great, very friendly, and very professional. I would recommend them in a blink of an eye.

From first phone call through to completion the whole team have been very knowledgeable, polite and helpful, even with silly questions. Everything has been done on time and efficiently.
Scott has been there on the end of the phone and has called in person several times to make sure we are happy with everything.
Even down to bosses coming out to inspect how well Install went and to go through apps and tariffs etc.
