Tte filter is doing the job well,the installer was very good,i got a good deal with the salt and filters and they explained me well about tge maintanance

False information when upgrading to newer system, paid 150 extra and told new filter change every 3 years instead of 1 yr for older system, that’s not the case, was never told that there is 2 filters and one still needs changing every year which cost €185.

The staff is very good, he is very helpful and explained the product very well. Installed the product on the next day straightway. Thanks Ian.

Quick and efficient work

We found Renewell Water very satisfactory to deal with. Their rep Daniel came and installed the system. He came when scheduled and was very pleasant and efficient. He answered all our questions very patiently. We are relieved to have this water filtration in place in our home.

Dom installed our system this morning and he could not have been more helpful. He worked quickly, was very tidy and answered all our questions. Now we have delicious water to drink. I would certainly recommend this company.

Excellent company to deal with over the past number of year. There customer service is second to none.

We are very happy with Renewell Water - we have been using one of their water filtration systems for the last 3 years, and the water is excellent. The service is annual and doesn't break the bank. We only had one issue over these 3 years, and the company was able to sort it out quickly enough for us, so definitely no complaints. The water is great, and the filter is silent

I recently purchased the Gold Package water softener and RO system from Renewell, and I’m very satisfied with the experience.
The installation was smooth and professional, with clear explanations provided. The installer even went the extra mile by cutting and adjusting my under-sink shelf to fit the units, which I really appreciated.
The unit quality is excellent, and we’ve already noticed softer water and great-tasting drinking water. The tap also looks amazing and feels very high quality, adding a premium touch.
Overall, a great investment and I would definitely recommend Renewell.

I like their WhatsApp support. Using text and video they were able to provide support when I faced a minor discrepancy.

We moved into a new build home in a hard water area in late August 2025. We had a Renewell water softener system installed in September 2025, and had refrained from using any of our new appliances like the washing machine until the system was installed so as to avoid hard water damage.

In October 2025 I called Renewell customer service as the salt levels in the system had not budged at all. Kyle from Renewell assured me this was perfectly normal for a 2 person home using a system equipped to handle a 4-6 person home. I took his word for it on the premise he was the expert.

In March 2026 my wife’s hairdresser informed her that her hair was damaged from hard water. Where possible, we inspected our appliances etc and there was significant limescale damage.

I called Renewell and Kyle arranged for a technician to visit. While on the call, and without any technician analysis, Kyle ordered a replacement part as if he knew what the problem was. I asked Kyle what the steps would be if the system was found to be faulty and he said very amicably to call back after the technician had visited and we could discuss.

Sure enough when the technician came, that part Kyle ordered was exactly the problem. A faulty float. From reading between the lines of Kyle on the call and what the technician said in person, the faulty float is a known issue - perhaps a bad batch.

The technician fixed the issue and the system appears to be working now. As instructed by Kyle, I called back after the technician came.

Kyle’s demeanour and attitude on the call was completely different to the week prior, and was very much a case “oh well, we’ve fixed it now”. I paid over €1,000 to protect my brand new appliances from water damage. Renewell per their website provide a system that gives you “limescale-free water”. See attached photos for proof their system did not work. Simply repairing the system does not resolve the issues caused to my new products by your faulty system. I tried to explain this to Kyle who did not seem to care.

The most frustrating part of all of this was the lack of customer care. I have never left a negative review before for any business, and in an effort to avoid doing so on this occasion I emailed Simon from Renewell on an email address he contacted me on around the time of installation. I allowed a week for Renewell to respond but got nothing.

I will be contacting the Consumer Protection Commission of Ireland to explore a claim under the Liability for Defective Products Act.

Been using their filter from over 5 years. All good , no complaints.
