I am very sorry to read your Trustpilot review.
I just researched the case, and it seems like a coincidence of several unfortunate events.
First, it was delayed due to a blizzard in Denmark, which unfortunately caused all curriers to pause for 2 days. And now it is stuck in the American customs clearance.
Our logistics manager is aware of the situation and is in dialogue with the customs clearance in America. He hopes to see the package move today.
Even though we try our best to help in situations like this, unfortunately, the transportation part is out of hands and leaves us with limited resources. I understand your frustration, but I hope we can work this out by mail or phone, as I assure you, we are definitely not a fraudulent company.
I also assure you a progress like this is unusual, and that we are constantly keeping an eye on events like this.

We have not received the correct drives…
We have not received the correct drives that were purchased.
The ones ordered were 2x MWGK7 drives but have received 2x 0R1ND2
These drives are not compatible with the server.
Please advise next steps for refund/resolution, as we also had to pay customs.
