Easy to use website. Fairly quick shipping, but great sales and technical support. I had ordered a couple of refurbished SAS drives, one of which was unfortunately faulty. Kimbrer sales & support was extremely quick to reply and assist me and immediately sent me a replacement at no additional cost. Great service.
