I recently placed an order with this company and encountered a slight hiccup: the shipment wasn't dispatched immediately as I had expected. Curious about the delay, I contacted customer service for clarification. They informed me that one of the items I had ordered, specifically a fan, was not currently in stock. It turns out I had ordered three fans, while only two were available at the time.
While I acknowledge the oversight was on my end for not confirming stock availability, the company took immediate action. They shipped out the two available fans right away and assured me that the third fan would be sent as soon as it became available. They also extended an apology for the delay, which I found to be a nice touch, given that the fault was actually mine.
This was my first experience ordering from this company, and despite the minor issue, the professionalism and prompt action on their part has assured me that I will continue to do business with them in the future.
