Ordered mc front tyre: the delivery was quick but tyre itself was produced on previous year. We have a short season and next spring when the tyre is changed on, it will be already two yrs old without any driven kms

Not trusable delivery time
I ordered wheels at the 11.4.2019. according the receipt I got delivery should be at the 18.4.2019.
At 23.4.2019 I called to customer service (Finnish spoken) which told me that the wheels arrived at 22.4.2019 evening to Finland's port and someone will send me info during that day.
24.4.2019 I called again, English spoken customer service told me , that not any mark of my call from earlier day, and my package is on delivery, not any other information been given.
So right now I do not know what is the situation with me delivery, I consider to cancel the delivery.

2 weeks since I ordered the wintertyres. Received 3 so far and it has been snowing so roads quite slippery. I would really like to get the 4th one so that I can change them to my car. According to confirmation all should have arrived week ago.
