Wrong tyre
They send me one wrong tyre.
Label on the tyre was right, but the tyre size is wrong.
Let´s see how they handle this. Asked them to send right tyre straight to the workshop.
Hope they check tyres in the future before sending them.

Poor communication, slow service
Communication is just horrible, no english phone support, they simply reject to speak English. They are not reliable since they say 4 days delivery time but I did not receive any single email about the status of my order until 4th day. Tires will be delivered apparently after the 10th day of the order. They first promise you that they will speed up the delivery process, to make sure the 4 day of delivery time. After the 3rd day without any update, I sent an email asking the result of the "speedup" and they even did not respond.
Edit: They sent a mail about the shipment last night, it contains a tracking number but there is no information about which company carries it. Macbook thinks that it is FedEx but FedEx says they do not have any valid tracking information with the numbers I have. This is ridiculous.
Edit after years: Tyres were fine. It was just late but eventually it worked out OK.

Service fee of the selected partner was also higher than advertised.

Delivery unthrustable
Ordered tires 26.6.2015, called after 6 days, they send me another set of tires and deliverydate now 10.7.2015, hopely tires will come. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHIT STORE!!!
