Today, I had the pleasure of sharing my cheese box with my nephew, and we had a delightful lunch filled with appreciative murmurs as we sampled an array of cheeses. The Old Roan Wensleydale stood out to me with its creamy richness. The Cerney Ash soft cheese was truly exceptional, and I plan to include it in my next order. I find the subtle variations between different cheddars and stiltons fascinating; it's a true tasting adventure. We thoroughly enjoy selecting breads and crackers to accompany the cheeses, making it a wonderful experience to savor and discuss our selections. The cheese arrives well-packaged, often with delightful surprises like crackers or special butters. This company clearly takes pride in its work and is dedicated to delighting its customers.

I recently received as a gift their mystery cheese box. All I can say is how amazing each of the cheeses are. Super happy and impressed, our go to when we want to invest in fantastic proper cheese.

1st visit today and I was so impressed! Lots of amazing cheeses and lots of other cheese related products to browse. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful. I got to try lots of cheese before making my selection. The hardest part is trying not too eat too much in one sitting as it’s absolutely delicious. I can see myself returning often!

Question: Do you keep cheeses and allow them to fully mature to say 36+ months or more? If I bought a whole wheel of something would you store it for me maybe for a fee?

Unfortunately I was overcharged. I paid £20 (just over) in cash. Now at home have added up the cost based on the stickers on each piece of cheese. Total £17.91 not including the small paper carrier bag.
Too far to return and discuss this with the staff.

Having ordered 2 mystey Christmas boxes as gifts along with cheese for ourselves we were disappointed to open the undamaged outer boxes to find the softer cheeses had been squashed and made unsuitable as gifts, the crackers also. Quick phone call to Perry and a trip to the Stamford shop fixed everything without any fuss 😊we even treated ourselves to chutney and a beautiful cheeseboard with cheese knife!
Thank you to your amazing team and amazing customer service we shall review the goodies on Christmas Day!! Julie

Just received my mystery cheese box.

The only criticism I have was that the box turned up damaged upon receipt.
I want sure what cheeses expect due to it being a mystery box. But all the cheeses were absolutely fantastic and tasted divine.

I would highly recommend if you love cheeses give them a go you won’t be disappointed

I have just recently received a mystery box. It is fantastic in every way. The cheese is in a different league to any I have had before except perhaps once in a ludicrously expensive French restaurant. I have already written to Santa Claus requesting the Christmas box.

I reviewed the last cheese gift I sent - but not the accompanying biscuits and Piccalilli - again another hit of son in laws taste buds. The millers toast selection is an added addition - which he also loves and rates five star.

They are going to order their Xmas box themselves, but I dont mind, another customer to a UK based company which provides outstanding quality cheeses and accompaniments.

Not forgetting their great customer services.

Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly with some great cheeses.

My only criticism is in an age of health and safety standards and living with covid think that the staff should wear plastic gloves when handing you tasters..when I was handed a soft cheese sample it was all over the assistant's finger before it came to me.

The Cerney Ash soft cheese was out of this world and will be part of my next order. I particularly enjoy the subtle differences between different cheddars and different stiltons. It's a taste adventure. We enjoy choosing the breads and crackers to go with the cheeses... it's such a lovely way to spend time eating and talking about our choices. The cheese comes well packaged - and often with a surprise addition, such as crackers or special butters. This is a company that is genuinely proud of its business and wants to delight its customers.
