Installed Renolink yesterday had a…

Installed Renolink yesterday had a couple issues connecting the interface. 1 email later the boys had me sorted and gave me a number if I needed tech help.
Had a small issue today whilst coding so i sent a text to the lads in renolink within 60 seconds they were engaging me with me to get issue sorted.
Can't fault the software or the customer service money well spent!

Very helpfull support!

Very nice software with huge possibilities, probably even better then original renault software. Very good and fast aftersales support too!! Had a issue with a other diagnostic tool (that uses same obdlink sx cable) not working any more after install, but that was rapidly (within an hour) fixed with their great support through whattsap and iff needed even remotely.

Im from Slovakia

Im from Slovakia, I was on begining sceptic but diagnostic is working. Rigth now im scanning our old Laguna 1,9Tdi. I hope som I will understand fast as possible this new UI from Renolink. I have exp only with VAG.
This diagnostik was present for my dad. So thx good Renolink was implementig Polish language bec. os pretty similar to Slovak language and my dad will understand.

I bought the full Renolink package

I bought the full Renolink package. I was amazed by the support. Everything was explained, including how to install and activate the software. The adapter and software work great. I recommend official Renolink 100%. Thank YOU Renolink Team :)
