Scam, be warned. I lost my money.
I purchased a Renolink2.0 licence on Black Friday. I didn't get the software or money back until now. They are not answering emails, no contact at all. "Delivery in progress" that's my order status on their webpage after two months.

My experience with Renolink Europe
I am not getting a response about personal licence activation. I wrote 2 emails to you and a email to activation_____ with again no response. So now I am asking for a refund for the product that I did not receive. This is not how a business should do things.
Edit: After getting in contact with paypal and asking for a refund I finally got an answer. It took them 5 minutes with TeamViewer to fix the problem and activate the license. It is not worth the effort to get in contact with them for a problem they can fix in seconds.

They are re selling someone else's software without their permission.
I have followed the instructions sending the .txt file to the correct email and no response, I have submitted a contact from on their website, no response. Will start having to take legal advice for a refund now.
Other reviews for ren0link.fr look totally fake.

I bought the renolink software 1.96
I bought the renolink software 1.96, download version. It contains some trojan virus, so I couldn't install it. After asking for a refund (they claim to offer a 30 days refund if unhappy with the product) they did not answer.
Seems that they are not the real developers of the software, they just sell a hacked and virus-infected version.
!!! Whatever their explanation might be, NO LEGIT SOWTWARE will ever ask you to turn off your antivirus protection ;)
