Switched over to Rent4Sure last year and haven't looked back. They have been excellent, if you need any help they resolve it so much quicker than previous referencing companies we have used. Special message to Molly our account manager, who always checks in regularly to see we are happy with the service, and comes back to queries within minutes.

Been using rent4sure since moving jobs 5 months ago and really impressed. Their checks are really thorough and the support you have during the process is spot on. Molly McGrath is my account manager and she is so helpful and so patience with all my requests. thank you Rent4sure.

Was asked by letting agency to use rent4sure for referencing, it was a very simple process, had to call customer service to fix a mistake done by the agency and the lady on the phone was very helpful and everything was sorted quickly!

Since we moved to Rent4sure as our provider for refencing & credit checks some time ago we have been delightful with not only the overall service but the speed in which the reports come back. No complaints what-so-ever and we would thoroughly recommend them.

The team at Rent4Sure have been amazing since we started to use them over 3 years ago. The service is impeccable and my account manager Zoe is amazing looking after our account and deals with all our issues in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend for businesses and landlords.

This company are pushing me to give a reference. The first communication i have recieved from them is marked as urgent, putting me under pressure to act immediately. Red flags all over the place as far as i am concerned, that is exactly the behavior I would expect from a scammer. Very wary about dealing with them.This is a scam or a very unprofessional approach

I needed to take out Rent Protection for a client for the first time. As l had no knowledge about this before l had many many questions to ask about their Terms & Conditions. I contacted two well known providers & thirdly Rent4Sure where l spoke to Adele Stevens, with whom l felt the most comfortable and decided to go with Rent4sure purely because her wealth of knowledge of the Terms & conditions of the policy. Every question l asked she knew the answer straight away, she did not need to read the policy or ask anyone else what certain terms meant (like the other two providers had to do) and believe me l asked her the ins and outs of everything l did not understand and she very kindly and sympathetically explained things to me in simple terms and gave me scenarios which was a lot easier to understand.

I would highly recommend Rent4Sure to anyone looking to taking out Rent Protection. I certainly will be using the Company again.
