i have accidentally called this company and spoke to a person called Sham.. amazing service!!! he is a real gentleman honest authentic straight forward and extremely helpful! it happens to be that the car he gave me malfunctioned and i called him on a friday after working hours, and he managed to send me an alternative car on the spot. i will nevwr deal with any other company and of course the same person always!!!! keep it up Sham ♥️♥️♥️

A fraudulent company
A fraudulent company. Never trust them. No one came to pick the car at the time of return and a month later sent a bill of 5000 aed.

This company Amex needs to improve on their communication which is very poor. You are given 4 different WhatsApp numbers and no one replies in good time. I was unaware that the roadside assistance only covers in Dubai which was not said to me. Will not use them or recommend them again.

Very bad service and scammers
I had a terrible experience with the car rental company Rentalcarsuae Amex in Dubai. They made me wait for over 6 months to return my deposit and provided a different car with a promise of a refund for one day's rental, which they are now denying. The service was extremely poor and the staff was very rude. I would never rent a car from them again. I urge others to be cautious when choosing a car rental company in Dubai based on my experience.
