Had a little ding on my rental car and wasn’t convinced that I’d actually get reimbursed. But the process was so simple and I got reimbursed in just a few days!

End-to-end, the process took about 4 weeks, though part of that timeline was waiting on paperwork from the rental company.

The only area I think could be improved is customer support accessibility. Everything is handled digitally, which worked fine, but during a stressful situation it would have been reassuring to have the option to speak with someone directly by phone or live chat.

That said, the process itself was efficient and legitimate, and I appreciated that there was no unnecessary pushback during the claim review. I would definitely feel comfortable using this coverage option again in the future — overall, the experience was very seamless.

The claim experience was much smoother than expected. The time between submission to payment was less than four days. Very satisfied.

Fast, efficient, reliable and super competitive price. Just keep in mind that you may have to pay for accident costs upfront not covered by the car hire company and then obtain reimbursement from RentalCover after that which may take time. Otherwise, a great insurer!

Stay away from this company!

I paid for the insurance and filed a legitimate claim. They promised to process it and get back to me, but then completely disappeared.

It has been a month with zero response across all channels. It is impossible to connect with a human being, and they do not honor their promises. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Quick and easy to deal with claim. From putting in the claim to getting the actual money in my bank account it took 24 hours. Definitely recommend and will use again.

So far so good, hope we don’t need the service!
