Very efficient service
We had a small issue with our rental car, and they took care of it so quickly that we barely had time to worry about it.
Compared with other insurance experiences I’ve had, this was refreshingly smooth.

The insurance claim process was very easy
The insurance claim process was very easy to use. I would highly recommend purchasing it, especially when dealing with Avis Kraków. The company charged me for a tiny scratch on a panel which already existed before the rental. It appears that Avis Kraków may be using third-party insurance to make multiple claims for the same damage as an additional revenue stream. I would strongly warn everybody against using Avis. The insurer, however, was very good.

Faster and good service
I never used to get the additional insurance and used to use my own coverage, but I used this for the first time, and I'm happy to see how fast the claim process was to file, and the response was faster as well. Great service!
Insurance cover was easy to buy. Unfortunately I had to make a claim, having had my rental car rear-ended and while the at fault driver paid for repairs, Rental Cover reimbursed me for the claims handling cost and the associated credit card fees. In the end I was not out of pocket at all. Rental Cover kept me informed every step of the claim process. As soon as my claim was approved I received payment to my bank account same day. Great service!
