I did claim on a Sunday morning (attaching all required documents), was approved the same day and the money was reimbursed on Monday morning.

This is one of the very few times in my life that I'm impressed. This company is 100% legitimate. My rental was hit while unattended in the parking lot. Just make sure you keep all of your rental agreements and all documentation. Filing is easy and straight forward.

A dishonest service
I used Rentalcover for supplemental insurance. Unfortunately, I discovered that for it to be valid, I had to purchase CSM insurance from the rental company, and after checking, I realized that this insurance covered the same things as Rentalcover.com. It's impossible to contact them to cancel. A scam.

Absolutely terrible, you can't get a hold of anyone, there is no phone number, they leave you in the dark, and don't help you at all. I will never use them again, it's been a total disaster save yourself the aggravation the stress, and get the ensurance from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. This company is no help to you. Stay away I warn you stay away! Do not use them! Still waiting for a response. I have emailed the claims department every day: department and received nothing.

We got a tire bubble while in Italy and incurred 200 euro cost for new tire, and an incremental 200 euro damage fee from Europcar rental company. I had purchased RentalCover instead of Europcar insurance and was glad to get fully reimbursed within 48 hours of filing the claim.
