We hired a 8seater van. Excellent price but rental company insurance negated the savings. RentalCover’s policy was great. Saved us some money. Unfortunatel, we met an accident. The claim took us some time but was promptly dealt with. We were happy with the service. Everything was online and no human interaction. Claim & payment was handled efficiently and promptly. I am & will use this service in the future. Fully recommended.

Difficulty with navigation as SMS code and email code come in at same time and it was not enough obvious to me that a code was sent to email.

Worked like a charm. Its important to collect all the paperwork from the car rental company, once I got those (biggest hick up), the rental cover walked me through the process and reacted very quickly!
I submitted a claim with RentalCover on 8 April 2026 (Claim reference: A7GX-SFR5-INS).
On 14 April 2026, my claim status was updated to “Processing” after I provided all the requested documents, including a detailed invoice and repair estimate as requested by the claims team.
Despite multiple follow-up emails sent to the claims team, I have received no direct response via email.
RentalCover replied to my review on Trustpilot the same day, however there has still been no actual update or progress on my claim.
As of today (12 May 2026), the claim remains unresolved with the status still showing “Processing”.
If I do not receive a proper response and resolution shortly, I will escalate this matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service due to the ongoing and unexplained delay in handling my claim.

The claim process was very fast, simple, and convenient. I completed the online claim form on April 25, and it was approved by April 28. Very efficient service and an excellent experience overall!
