Don’t! Nobody there at Pisa airport
Nobody there at Pisa airport untill after closing time. Had to rent An other car with two little kids and nobody available to contact. Will haver creditcard card company go after my money.

Perfect car rental from Prague Airport
I rented a car from Prague Airport. It was less than half the price of other rental companies so I booked it. I then read the reviews and was horrified. I considered losing my money and renting an alternative car. In the end the whole experience was excellent. Collection was quick and easy. The staff were all polite, no hard selling of insurance. The return was super easy and quick. Overall a very nice experience. However that’s Prague, other destinations may not be as good.

Incompetent and rude staff and no help from Customer Service.
I have been trying to get a reply from their customer service department for more than 4 weeks about the awful treatment we had from this company at Olbia Airport. They were incompetent, dismissive, and charged us for marks which weren't on our photos. After agreeing to cover one of the slight marks just so that we could get away to get out flight, having been delayed by their sheer incompetence. We got a further email on our return to UK saying that there was another scratch and that we should pay a whole lot more. It seems that they add scratches so that out insurance will cover them. Don't use this company.

Totally SCAM warning for them.
They will charge additional cost for something that not stated when you rent it or pay the car. 296 euro extra non-refundable to pay the security on 500 euro becouse the creditcard hasnt got raised lettering. Dont accept another creditcard or cash only same as when you paid the booking. But for a ransom on 296 euros the can accept it. W t f
Then I had to cancel it since I dont pay ransom money and obviusly couldnt get my prepaid car from the start with my creditcard since it doesnt have taised lettering. But no refund or anything from Rentalplus.it Since I paid and ordering thru DiscoverCar I have got 200 euros back from them but the rest is in rentalplus account apperently and they as answer just lie becouse on the website there is nothing stated when ordering or pay the car about any raised lettering on the credit card to be able to fullfill the rental with deposit. Discoverar first mail say that they should pay back all the money(€326), then later half(€180), the the last one(€200).
I accept that but that for time being but would like to have the rest from rentalplus aswell since I was unable to rent a car from them in the first place since my creditcard hasnt raised lettering and they dont accept anything else without the insane amount equal another week rental and then its possible to accept card.
Totally shame and SCAM report on rentalplus.it .
Snd wasnt just me there with same problem… the best moneyscam ever since familys standing there with already big amount invested in the rental..

The only place this is stated is on the voucher. That comes after I paid an got the rental confirmed. There we have a contract on given ”rules”.
Then you want to add more ”rules” that i dont read since I got the confirmation and have no reason to open up the voucher before we are at the airport in Sardinia. And how is it possible to fix the issue with another fee of 296 euro? What us this insane fee coming from? Totally scam. You are those italian that stands for the reputation for Italy as scammers.

Guy in alghero airport was very rude
Guy in alghero airport was extremely rude and unprofessional.
They advertise they accept debit card but then they will tell you your card is not compliant and will charge every possible fee.
I ended up paying 950 eu for 10 day for Fiat Panda, where it supposed to be cheapest company.
They charged 80 eu plus vat (96 eu total) for out of hours pickup ( where all other companies in the airport where still open)
I honestly don't recommend this rental company, from cheapest it will become most expensive.

Rented from Linate airport
Rented from Linate airport. We called for a shuttle and kept an eye out for a branded bus as the instructions said to. Eventually I approached a bus I'd seen come and go and they confirmed it wad the right one. There was no sign or indication they were looking for others to collect.
The warehouse they use is nearby but is difficult with kids. Inside smelled of petrol, outside was hot in the sun. There is no obvious place to leave bags either as the path is quite narrow and cracked. Our car was delayed and when we did get the keys, we didnt know where to load the car as there wasn't space without being in the way.
Finally, we found out too late the air conditioning didn't work... we'd left and couldn't face going back.

We rented the car in 2023/09/25 and today they charged us automatically from our credit card for the fine without improvements (exact time) and explanation why they send us something now, when they got fine in 2023/11. They don’t answer to my emails, no one can explain by phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It has been two months of me calling/ messaging every number/email they have. Trust me, the company has no interest in dealing with you after you have paid. Company claims they have "released" the deposit, while my bank proves otherwise.

Pick up Bari, drop off Brindisi June 2024
I rented a car in Bari and dropped it off in Brindisi in June 2024. I specifically booked a small car as I had been advised the roads are narrow and parking can also be challenging. When I arrived they gave me a VW T-Roc (SUV). I asked if they had anything smaller and they said no and that the T-Roc is a medium car - it is not. Instructions on where to pick the car up were not clear. It was challenging driving the large car around Puglia but that is partly because I usually drive small cars. When dropping the car off in Brindisi the location on Google maps was not accurate. The check out procedure was a bit cumbersome in my opinion.

We used Rental Plus in April in Rome. I read negative things but the price was good. The rental is on site at the airport, which is already good. We were given a very nice car, new and in perfect condition. Both the check out and the check in were quick, no hussle. I was impressed with both the car and the service. I would defintly use again

Hired through this company in Sardinia and on returning the vehicle had to park out on the road as it was mayhem in the rental carpark. Needed to open the boot so came into the curb (vehicle cleared the gutter) - person taking return of vehicle then said I scratched underneath the car and took photos underneath the bumper. I said it was visible that the vehicle cleared the curb (Car was still parked and clear to all of 4 of us who had hired the car that it was totally fine) and was needed to park like that to empty vehicle. Person reversed the vehicle and 4 people witnessed that the car had never touched the curb. Asked if I could demonstrate for the rental car guy and person spoke rudely and refused to give me the keys back to demonstrate. Took photos under the vehicle of purported damage and said I would be charged as I had no photos to evidence that there wasn't damage underneath the car.
I had been asked if I had brokers insurance when I took the rental, so I think they do this on purpose to customers who take out additional global coverage as they expect less pushback.
Rude, fraudulent and disgusting - ruined my experience on thoughts on Sardinia

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We booked a car with full insurance and paid €225 in advance. The rental company stated that they accept debit cards and when we arrived at the place the rental company did not want to accept our card and forced us to pay an additional €288, thus our car cost up to €513!!!! The worker was rude and arrogant! They even gave us different car! we booked a Fiat 500 and got a Lancia which had something with the motor! The auto went slowly and weakly! We could have had a much better car elsewhere for amount 513€!!!!
Communication with them is also zero. I wrote an email, even when the reservation could be canceled, whether it was possible to pay with a debit card and they didn't even bother to write back. So an absolutely unfair company that only wants to get as much money as possible from customers!
We travel a lot and have never had such a bad experience anywhere else!!!! stay away from this company!!!

Given a dangerously faulty car that broke down immediately. They took zero responsibility
Rented a car that suffered a significant fault with steering control before we even left the carpark. Thankfully this occurred in the car park and not on open road as it could have caused a horrendous crash had it happened at any speed.
We ended up being charged the full rental amount without a replacement, and automatically charged for damages and towing. No amount of contact with them is resolving the issue. Currently considering legal action. Even aside from them turning financial responsibility to us for a faulty vehicle, their lack of concern over what could have caused a fatal accident is appalling

Completely messed with my vacation
Edit: Don't try to put the fault on me. You completely messed with my vacation. I had prepaid and arrived only 1 hour 20 minutes late for pickup and you had wasted no time to rent it to someone else. Everyone I told the story to agreed this is pretty much a scam. Even your employees told me this happens basically every day. Can you imagine how much you are ruining peoples' holidays? Update your policies or at least make sure to properly inform people about this instead of putting the fault on everyone this happens to and telling them that next time they should read the fine prints.

Abandoned at Milan Airport
I had a booking with this company at Milan airport for 19:30. My flight was delayed by 25 minutes and we arrived at the pick up point at 19:55. No one was there. I called the office and they said I was too late. Then only the answer machine. I had my 83 year old mother and her 76 year old sister with me and we had to get to Bellagio for my sons wedding. It was a nightmare. This company abandoned us and didn’t give a dam.
I would never recommend using this company.

Appalling service
Appalling service, very vague instructions to someone who doesn't speak Italian and is used to driving on the wrong side of the road. I signed off a small mark, but later got a further charge for another scratch. Neither of which I accept doing. The car's tires were so bad they were dangerous. Chunks taken out of the rubber and almost bald. Never use this company.
