Rent and go Sestriere. Best service ever!

Had a great experience with Rent & Go Sestriere: everything was ready upon arrival, no need to queue or wait or for someone to adjust your fix. Good quality skis. Friendly staff. Check out lasted 30 seconds ! Brilliant from start to finish

We reserved our boards online, arrived and were able to collect them the evening before our first day up the mountain. The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly and when I wanted to swap my board it was no issue and I was in and out in 5 minutes! We had a great experience, will rent again!

I left rent and go a negative review for closing at lunch when I arrived, and they threatened legal action for leaving a negative review. Now they just keep going on and on and on. It may all be clearly stated on their web site (in fine print). Seriously who closes at lunch at a premier ski resort and then won't work with the customer to make it right. Stuff happens. I didn't want to arrive late but waiting for two hours to get your skis is pain when daylight is burning. Just seek out a place that doesn't close at lunch rather than rent here. The only reason I even came here despite their less than stellar reviews, was to get tele-skis. For the average person there's plenty of other places. Even the ski rental places at little resorts like Pessolano Monte Mora in Bergamo don't close at lunch for two hours even during the week outside of high season!

Rented from the Kronplatz branch after airline lost our kit bag. Great customer service and good quality skis and boots. Snowboard gear could do with an upgrade but no worse than what you get most places on Europe.
