My wife and I have used RentBetter to manage our investment property for the last 6 years and have loved it. Very easy to set up, advertise and manager your property. It includes a rich feature set, great reporting and highly responsive customer service.

So much cheaper than using an agent and you have a lot more control. Highly recommended!

(not a paid reviewer) I have only just found out about this platform after finding it through Google and I'm incredibly impressed at the intuitiveness and ease of use of the platform. I've relied on real estate agents previously to handle my property management and lease for my place over the past 5 years so I was hesitant initially, but I'm pleasantly surprised with how fast it was to get verified after providing documentation and get set up. I'd say the best features are having a centralised area to manage payments, receipts, tenancy documentation, repair requests. It'll definitely save some time and effort during tax time. The finance reporting is a nice touch to understand your incoming and outgoing costs. The user experience of the platform is really seamless and looks fresh

What a fantastic service. They say what they offer and then follow through. Always quick to answer any questions about small details and thorough. At first thought it was too good to be true, but it perfectly suits our purpose of being a landlord of a small unit.

I have got to say, I am very impressed and exceptionally happy with the integrity and professionalism that was displayed by Jeremy and the Rentbetter team.

First, to disclose I am not a tenant nor a landlord.

My brother has a bank account and it was hacked. I traced the money back and there were several payments made towards rentbetter. I contacted the support and in a couple of days, the support staff responded and that they'd look into it. Later in the afternoon, their CEO called me personally to apologise that this happened to me on their platform. Honestly, who does that, they really weren't even the ones at fault, I WASN'T EVEN THEIR CLIENT BASE, but they were more than willing to investigate the matters further. Fast forward, the money had returned safely to my bro's account. With a few evidences and proof of identity, everything went smoothly.

If I had brought matters like this to mega corpos or other companies, I would get the middle finger and told to f off for wasting their time. If I hadn't had just signed a new lease with my property agent, I would not even think twice about using Rentbetter. If a company is willing to go miles for someone who isn't their client, it definitely reflects the service that they could provide for landlords and tenants alike. A company with a transparency and is willing to go the extra mile at this day and age is rare and I really wish all the best for them

Self managed landlord, used this website twice to advertise my apartment for rent, I don't use it for property management. Portal is simple and straight forward, makes it easy to find a tenant, manage viewings, receive applications, perform background checks, and sign a lease.
