Redwood is perfection!

Very friendly, very helpful! It was my first time apartment hunting, and I fell in love with redwood as soon as I walked in! Hannah, and Erica were very patient and informative! I love it here! And maintenance is on point! I couldn’t get things repaired in my house this quick!! 5 stars all day for me!! 🤩

Useless Platform and Even More Useless Staff

RentCafe doesn't really know what they are doing. Their support team takes weeks to respond to any basic requests, and for urgent ones, we are left waiting when leads are being affected. The CRM is a joke, along with any kind of support needed. I wouldn't trust my residential company with this platform.

The best part about what I have…Less Stress

The best part about what I have experienced so far is how well kept the homes or apartments have been. I feel like I am getting value for the amount of money being asked for with rental fees. Other sites are misleading and homes do not look as good when you visit onsite at property location.
I just dont like being charged a fee for using a debit card as your company give no other option for payments and debit is to be accepted as cash payment coming directly from a bank account.

This place is a waste of time

This place is not only a waste of time, but can make homeless. They purport to contacting rental companies, but nobody received any messages, and it cost us dearly. Do yourself a favor and don't use this site.

When I logged in to sign my lease

When I logged in to sign my lease, the process was NOT at all intuitive. The text on the screen indicated that clicking on Get Moving would take me to offers of moving assistance. I finally clicked on it anyhow and found my lease. I'm very computer literate, so if I had difficulty with this process, I can only assume that most people would have even more difficulty.

Too many emails every hour or so

Too many emails every hour or so - this is spam
The company I contacted for an appointment several times has not replied, and I have no way of knowing if they got my request. There is no record of my request and the set up is only for scheduling a certain day with no options of different times to choose. Very poor

They responded to my maintenance…

They responded to my maintenance request promptly after the request was submitted and they took care of the issue. The company is doing well by making the changes necessary to keep the complex clean and safe for the residents.
