You completely ruined my trip.
My reservation is Friday, February 14th at Vienna Airport at 5 p.m. inside the airport at the rental car pickup location.
I searched for a rental car available at the airport, but they were probably Hungarian. The company I booked was not in the airport, so I called the phone number of the green motion company I searched and searched online, but the phone number didn't work, and eventually it didn't work until an hour later. When I picked up at the nh hotel and went to the company, they said that there was no small suv booked a month ago and only an eight-seater van. They told me to take it or book it again somewhere else. Eventually, I came back to the airport in 3 hours and had to choose a very expensive rental car from a company inside the airport terminal. And even though Green Motion promised a refund, the refund hasn't yet, and not only the refund, but also the time I abandoned and the same-day reservation I need to compensate for the mental stress of expensive rental cars. The reservation I chose you completely ruined my Valentine's Day trip. You are really terrible

Cancelled prepaid reservation without noticing
We had a prepaid reservation 6 month before the rental date with rentingcarz.com. When I arrived to pick up the car with all the family and bags (7 persons with 8 bags) to the airport. The rental company had cancelled the reservation without noticing.
I was in other country with all my family without any means of transportation.
At the time there was no one to contact or help us from rentingcarz.com, so I had to rent a van with Hertz and cost me 3 times the original cost of rentingcarz.com
At this time, I have not received any information other than the issue is under investigation.
