Absolutely the worst company to use for Hygiene equipment. They love nothing more but to threaten you with court even though we have spoken to them over an over again. Trying to get bills resolved is impossible and then they threaten legal action. Finally got rid of them but another threatening letter arrived. NEVER use this company - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with.
When you phone them nobody will tell what contract you are in and how you are in. They continue to charge for a service for which they have not carried out.
This has been going on for at least seven months and I am no further forward. The next stage is legal advice.
