I would like to provide positive feedback for John Carr from Initial, who recently attended BAE Samlesbury to replace two hand dryer units.

John carried out the work in a highly professional manner from start to finish. He arrived prepared, worked efficiently, and completed the installation to a high standard while maintaining a safe and tidy working area throughout. His communication was excellent, keeping us informed on the progress of the work and ensuring minimal disruption to the site.

Overall, John demonstrated a professional attitude, strong workmanship, and a commitment to delivering quality service. I would be happy to recommend him for future works.

Gary is always here on time, he even helps out with other needs from initial to keep our bathrooms to a high standard.

My interactions with Initial Hygiene have always been professional. Our service is always attended by staff member CJ. He arrives promptly at the same time on each visit, which is helpful in maintaining our daily schedules on site. He is very polite and always smiling. The visit is very swift and he always asks how we are doing, which is a nice personal touch. Never had any issues with CJ or Initial Hygiene.

When I've been at work and Intial have come in to empty all our Sani bins and also emptied the nappy bins, in the babychanging rooms, they have also taken great care of what they do.
Their service is always a happy one as they make conversation with you while doing their job but will make conversation with the customers they come across.
