[Solved] Stay away!
Edit: The situation was positively solved with Rentola via e-mail, after my complaint.

I created an account on this website, went for the 14-day trial at 1 euro, and canceled the subscription immediately one day after. In the account info it says that the subscription was canceled on the 7th of October, however it says that the subscription ends on the end of the month.
Today I received an e-mail saying that I have an invoice for 39 euros, something that was never expected, and I'm being threatened with a debt collector agency and with having to pay an extra fee of 40 euros if I refuse to pay. I have never signed up for this type of extension or scam service. It's worth mentioning that the website is complete trash honestly not even worth that 1 euro trial. I clearly didn't want to extend the subscription after the trial as it is very clear with my cancellation but these scammers still think it is okay to come, charge you 39 euros and try to threaten you.
Either they answer to my e-mail and solve this issue or this issue can be peacefully solved in court. Tired of these people who think they can just take advantage of everyone.

I was scammed out of my trial money
They claim that, if you register, you can contact the landlord... but the only thing they offer is a link to Pararius (which is where I was coming from anyway! Yes, they advertise on Pararius and send you back there AFTER you paid the rentola fee).
Trial only costs one euro - one euro I spent very poorly. Oh, and obviously, you can't cancel immediately. You need to wait for 24 hours. What a surprise! They know that their shady business model pisses people off, then they try to make people forget about it by including a forced wait time before canceling.
Guess what? I put SO MANY reminders on my calendar to cancel this scam trial that for sure I won't forget about it. You won't have any more of my money, you gang of scammers.
EDIT: I was contacted by the customer service who PRETENDED to not find my subscription (they said there is no active subscription - of course, I canceled a week ago - just look in the expired ones)

Very Forgiving
Due to me overlooking something that was stated in the terms and conditions I was rightfully charged 39€ after deleting my account, which, however, could not be withdrawn because of my poor financial situation. Explaining this to the very friendly Ron, I was immediately helped and met with sympathy and understanding ultimately relieving me of the 39€ charge.

Changed my mind
I paid in June and immediately unsubscribed but they insist asking for unduly payments. They are scammers. Even if I attached their mail of confirm of cancellation account and the proof of payment yesterday I received a mail from a society of credit collector.

So, first of, their website promotes insertions of houses. The thing is, that you got to subscribe for 1 euro and after a month they will charge you 39€ which is unseen and immoral at the best. Not only they try to charge you and you just unauthorize the transaction. The thing is that their website is a scam itself, it is not containing the houses they promote. So you pay what they ask, but they give you nothing. After that they send it to an inkasso.
So you have the intrum breathing on your neck. I am gonna see what I am going to do, but probably I will sue them after paying the inkasso. These are the worst and most lowlife scammers. Never, never accept anything from them.
I did even get an automated response to my review...you are already parasiting on me rentola.nl, shame on the people that works with rentola.nl, shame on you Sara whoever you are. You are scamming people into paying you for nothing.
It is not clearly stated at all, not at all! Not to mention that you have to wait 24 hours before cancelling the subscription, you are scamming people and I will prove it in front of a judge. Bye parasites.

Subscription refunded
I got on trial period for 2 weeks, but my money was taken from my account almost 24 hours earlier than the subscription renewal, so I couldn't unsubscribe. And this happened twice, also with their Huurportal. I managed to get refunded for both subscriptions, only because I wrote a bad review on this platform. Now I have been billed again with the subscription fee, plus a fine for not having paid it on time

NEVER purchase the subscription or the trial for the subscription, I am 100% sure they upload fake listings for people to get the free trial and then benefit when they forget to cancel it. Even if you pay there is never nothing available in their website please NEVER make a purchase.
EDIT: I was reached out and got a partial refund on the service. This time client service was very friendly and open to listening to my problem which is nice. I appreciate it a lot.

I didn’t find the page useful for finding a home through it. I just had a regular account and try the premium option only for the free period.
